Claims (6)
- 액정 표시 장치의 배면측에 배치되어 해당 배면을 조명하는 액정 표시 장치용 백 라이트에 있어서,상기 액정 표시 장치의 배면측과 대향하는 평면 패널부를 구비한 패널 케이스와,상기 패널 케이스의 상기 평면 패널부의 내면에 평면형으로 각각 배치된 복수의 형광체 피복 양극부와,상기 패널 케이스 내에서 상기 복수의 형광체 피복 양극부 각각의 바로 아래에 배치된 복수의 선형 음극부를 포함하며, 상기 복수의 선형 음극부 각각은 상기 복수의 형광체 피복 양극부 각각과 실질적으로 평행한 방향으로 선형으로 연장되게 배치된 도전성 와이어와, 상기 도전성 와이어의 외주면에 형성된 다수의 전계 집중 보조용 요철부와, 상기 전계 집중 보조용 요철부 상에 첨예한 미세 부분을 다수 구비한 카본계 막으로 이루어지는 전계 전자 방출부를 구비하고,상기 복수의 선형 음극부 각각의 전계 전자 방출부는 상기 복수의 형광체 피복 양극부 각각을 향해서 전자를 반경 방향으로 방출할 수 있게 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치용 백 라이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 형광체 피복 양극부는 일체로 형성된 것을 특 징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치용 백 라이트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 선형 음극부 각각에 대하여 상기 복수의 형광체 피복 양극부 각각과 반대측의 위치에 오목형으로 만곡된 전자 반사면이 배치되고, 상기 복수의 선형 음극부 각각은 상기 복수의 전자 반사면 각각의 초점 위치에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치용 백 라이트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 선형 음극부는 1개의 도전성 와이어를 상기 패널 케이스 내부에서 사행(蛇行) 형상으로 절곡함으로써 상호 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치용 백 라이트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 선형 음극부는 상호 독립된 복수의 도전성 와이어가 상기 복수의 형광체 피복 양극부 각각에 대향하도록 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치용 백 라이트. 초점
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 카본계 막은 카본 나노 월(wall)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치용 백 라이트.
