Claims (13)
- (A) 인듐, 안티몬, 아연 및 주석으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 원소의 산화물을 주성분으로서 포함하는 입자,(B) 분자 내에 2개 이상의 중합성 불포화기를 갖는 화합물,(C) 상기 성분(B)의 용해도가 10중량% 미만인 용매, 및(D) 상기 성분(B)의 용해도가 1O 중량% 이상인 용매를 포함하되,상기 성분(A) 및 성분(B)이 균일하게 분산 또는 용해되어 있는 경화성 액체 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,(E) 광개시제를 추가로 포함하는 경화성 액체 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,성분(A)이 안티몬-도핑된 산화주석(ATO) 또는 주석-도핑된 산화인듐(ITO)을 주성분으로서 포함하는 입자인 경화성 액체 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,성분(A)이 표면 처리제를 사용하여 처리된 산화물 입자인 경화성 액체 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,표면 처리제가, 2개 이상의 중합성 불포화기, 하기 화학식 1의 기, 및 실란올기 또는 가수분해에 의해 실란올기가 생성되는 기를 포함하는 화합물인 경화성 액체 조성물.화학식 1-X-C(=Y)-NH-상기 식에서,X는 NH, O(산소원자) 또는 S(황원자)이고,Y는 O 또는 S이다.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,화학식 1의 기가, -O-C(=O)-NH-, -O-C(=S)-NH- 및 -S-C(=O)-NH-로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 기인 경화성 액체 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,성분(C)이 물이며, 조성물 내 총 용매 중의 물 함량이 0.1 내지 50중량%인 경화성 액체 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,성분(C)이 유기 용매이며, 조성물 내 총 용매 중의 물 함량이 5 내지 95중량%인 경화성 액체 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,조성물 내 고체 함량이 50% 이상인 경화성 액체 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항의 경화성 액체 조성물을 경화시켜 수득된 경화 필름으로서, 1 × 1O12 Ω/€ 이하의 표면 저항치를 갖는 경화 필름.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항의 경화성 액체 조성물에 방사선을 조사하여 상기 조성물을 경화시키는 단계를 포함하는 경화 필름의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항의 경화성 액체 조성물을 경화시켜 수득된 경화 필름 층을 포함하는 대전방지성 라미네이트.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,경화 필름 층의 두께가 0.1 내지 20μm인 대전방지성 라미네이트.
