Claims (9)
- 가스를 받아들이는 유입구와 가스를 배출하는 유출구를 갖는 밸브 하우징과, 해당 밸브 하우징 내의 상기 유입구의 부근에 형성된 1차 유로와, 해당 1차 유로로부터 분기하여 형성되고, 또한 상기 유출구에 연통하는 2개의 2차 유로와, 해당 2차 유로와 상기 1차 유로 사이에 형성된 제 1 및 제 2 유로 개구부와, 해당 2개의 유로 개구부에 마련된 제 1 및 제 2 밸브 시트를 통하여 상기 2개의 유로 개구부를 동시에 개폐하는 제 1 및 제 2 밸브와, 해당 제 1 및 제 2 밸브를 갖는 밸브 샤프트와, 해당 밸브 샤프트를 상기 밸브 하우징의 축방향으로 왕복 이동시키는 액추에이터부를 구비한 가스 유량 제어 밸브의 조립 방법으로서,상기 액추에이터부측에 가까운 상기 제 1 유로 개구부의 밸브 시트 피압입부에 상기 제 1 밸브 시트를 압입하는 공정과,상기 밸브 샤프트의 제 1 대경부의 외주면과 상기 제 1 밸브의 내주면 사이에 오일을 개재시키는 공정과,상기 밸브 샤프트의 상기 제 1 대경부에 상기 제 1 밸브를 압입하는 공정과,상기 제 1 밸브가 압입된 상기 밸브 샤프트를 상기 밸브 하우징 내에 임시 조립하여 상기 제 1 밸브 시트에 밀착시킨 상태에서, 상기 제 1 밸브의 1차 유로측 위치와 상기 제 2 유로 개구부의 밸브 시트 피압입부의 1차 유로측 위치의 거리(L1)를 측정하는 공정과,상기 밸브 샤프트를 상기 밸브 하우징으로부터 취출한 후에 상기 밸브 샤프 트의 제 2 대경부의 외주면과 상기 제 2 밸브의 내주면 사이에 오일을 개재시키는 공정과,상기 제 1 밸브의 1차 유로측에 상당하는 위치와 상기 제 2 밸브 시트의 1차 유로측에 상당하는 위치의 거리(L2)를 측정하면서, 상온에서의 밸브 시트 누설량을 0으로 하는 경우만, 상기 거리(L2)가 상기 거리(L1)와 동등하게 되도록 상기 밸브 샤프트의 상기 제 2 대경부에 상기 제 2 밸브 시트를 개재시킨 상태에서 상기 제 2 밸브를 압입하는 공정과,상기 액추에이터부로부터 떨어진 상기 제 2 유로 개구부의 상기 밸브 시트 피압입부에 상기 제 2 밸브 시트를 압입하는 공정과,상기 밸브 샤프트를 상기 밸브 하우징 내에 조립하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 유량 제어 밸브의 조립 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,제 1 밸브를 압입하는 공정의 후에, 밸브 샤프트의 제 1 대경부중, 해당 제 1 대경부에 압입된 제 1 밸브에서 떨어진 일부를 코킹하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 유량 제어 밸브의 조립 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,제 2 밸브를 압입하는 공정 후에, 밸브 샤프트의 제 2 대경부중, 해당 제 2 대경부에 압입된 제 2 밸브에서 떨어진 일부를 코킹하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특 징으로 하는 가스 유량 제어 밸브의 조립 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서,밸브 샤프트의 제 1 대경부는 해당 제 1 대경부보다 큰 외경을 갖는 제 1 밸브 스토퍼를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 유량 제어 밸브의 조립 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서,밸브 샤프트의 제 2 대경부는, 해당 제 2 대경부보다 큰 외경을 갖는 제 2 밸브 스토퍼를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 유량 제어 밸브의 조립 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서,밸브 샤프트의 제 1 대경부에 대한 코킹 공정은, 상기 밸브 샤프트의 축방향과 교차하는 방향으로 상기 제 1 대경부의 일부를 코킹하는 사이드 코킹에 의해 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 유량 제어 밸브의 조립 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서,밸브 샤프트의 제 2 대경부에 대한 코킹 공정은, 상기 밸브 샤프트의 축방향과 교차하는 방향으로 상기 제 2 대경부의 일부를 코킹하는 사이드 코킹에 의해 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 유량 제어 밸브의 조립 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서,밸브 샤프트의 제 1 대경부와 해당 제 1 대경부에 압입된 제 1 밸브를 용접에 의해 접합하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 유량 제어 밸브의 조립 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서,밸브 샤프트의 제 2 대경부와 해당 제 2 대경부에 압입된 제 2 밸브를 용접에 의해 접합하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 유량 제어 밸브의 조립 방법.
