Claims (8)
- 自動車用高圧ポンプ(101)のための弁(100)であって、
長手方向軸線(104)およびシール座(118)を備える第1のストッパ部材(102)と、
前記長手方向軸線(104)に沿って作用可能なアクチュエータ力(106)を有するアクチュエータ(105)と、
前記第1のストッパ部材(102)に対して相対的に前記長手方向軸線(104)に沿って可動であって、前記アクチュエータ(105)を介して作動可能であるピン(107)と、
前記ピン(107)により前記シール座(118)に対して相対的に可動であり、これにより、前記弁(100)を開閉するシール部材(108)と、
第2のストッパ部材(103)であって、前記第1のストッパ部材(102)に固く固定されていて、前記シール座(118)から離れる方向への前記長手方向軸線(104)に沿った前記シール部材(108)の運動を制限するために、該シール部材(108)に対するストッパ(109)を有しており、前記第1のストッパ部材(102)において規定された所定の位置に固定されており、これにより、前記シール座(118)と前記ストッパ(109)とが、規定された所定の相互間隔(110)を有している、第2のストッパ部材(103)と、

前記第2のストッパ部材(103)は、側壁(112)を有しているスリーブ(111)であり、前記ストッパ(109)は、前記側壁(112)に対して横方向に延在する底部領域(113)に形成されており、
前記第1のストッパ部材(102)は、内部に前記側壁(112)が部分的に配置された溝(114)を有しており、
前記第2のストッパ部材(103)を前記第1のストッパ部材(102)に固定する前に、前記シール座(118)と前記ストッパ(109)との間隔は、前記溝(114)と前記側壁(112)との相対的な位置を介して調整することによって調整可能である、弁。 - 前記シール部材(108)はディスク形を有しており、該シール部材(108)が前記ストッパ(109)に接触しているとき、前記シール部材(108)の、前記シール座(118)に面した表面(116)は、前記シール座(118)に対して規定された所定の中間室(117)を有している、請求項1記載の弁。

- 自動車用高圧ポンプ(101)のための弁(100)を製造する方法であって、
長手方向軸線(104)およびシール座(118)を備える第1のストッパ部材(102)と、前記長手方向軸線に沿って作用可能なアクチュエータ力(106)を有するアクチュエータ(105)と、ピン(107)と、シール部材(108)と、該シール部材(108)に対するストッパ(109)を備えた第2のストッパ部材(103)とを準備するステップと、
前記ピン(107)を、部分的に前記第1のストッパ部材(102)内に配置して、前記ピン(107)を、前記第1のストッパ部材(102)に対して相対的に、前記長手方向軸線(104)に沿って可動にし、かつ前記アクチュエータ(105)を介して作動可能にするステップと、
前記シール部材(108)を、前記第1のストッパ部材(102)と前記第2のストッパ部材(103)との間に配置して、前記弁(100)を開閉するために、前記シール部材(108)を、前記ピン(107)により前記シール座(118)に対して相対的に可動にするステップと、
前記第1のストッパ部材(102)と前記第2のストッパ部材(103)とを、互いに相対的に前記長手方向軸線(104)に沿って押しずらすステップと、これにより、
前記シール座(118)と前記ストッパ(109)との間の間隔を変化させるステップと、
前記間隔が、規定された所定の間隔(110)に相当する場合に、前記第2のストッパ部材(103)を、前記第1のストッパ部材(102)に固定するステップと、
を含み、
前記第1のストッパ部材(102)は、溝(114)を有しており、
前記第2のストッパ部材(103)は、側壁(112)を有しているスリーブ(111)であり、前記ストッパ(109)は、前記側壁(112)に対して横方向に延在する底部領域(113)に形成されており、前記側壁(112)は、前記溝(114)内を前記長手方向軸線(104)に平行な方向で相対的に移動可能であり、
前記シール座(118)と前記ストッパ(109)との間の間隔を変化させるステップは、前記溝(114)と前記側壁(112)との相対的な位置を介して調整することによって実行される、方法。 - 前記押しずらしの最中に、前記シール部材(108)を前記ストッパ(109)に対して押圧するステップと、
前記押しずらしにより、前記シール部材(108)と前記シール座(118)との間の中間室を変化させるステップと、
前記中間室が、規定された所定の中間室(117)に相当する場合に、前記第2のストッパ部材(103)を前記第1のストッパ部材(102)に固定するステップと、
を含む、請求項4記載の方法。 - 前記固定には、溶接、接着、ろう接、およびプレスのうちの少なくとも1つが含まれる、請求項4または5記載の方法。
