Claims (6)
- 재료가 되는 판상 소재의 중앙부에 관통구멍을 뚫는 천공 공정과, 다음에 상기 판상 소재에 있어서의 상기 관통구멍의 주변부분을 판상 소재의 일방의 면측으로 기립시켜 개략 원통 형상의 버링부를 형성하는 버링 공정과, 다음에 상기 버링부를 소성변형시켜서 원통 형상의 보스부 및 그 바깥쪽으로 원판 형상의 본체부를 형성하는 단조 공정을 구비한 디스크 부재의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 원통 형상의 보스부의 적어도 일단을, 상기 버링부의 기립 방향과는 반대측이 되는 본체부의 단면보다도 돌출시켜서 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 부재의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 펀치에 의해 상기 버링부를 내측방향으로부터 지지하는 동시에 제 1 형의 가압면과 제 2 형의 가압면에 의해 상기 버링부를 축방향으로 압축하여 소성변형시키고, 상기 제 2 형의 가압면에 형성한 환상 오목부내에 상기 버링부의 기부를 충전시킴으로써, 상기 보스부와 본체부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 부재의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 형의 가압면에 상기 제 2 형을 향하여 볼록하게 돌출하는 환상 돌기를 형성하고, 상기 제 1 형을 제 2 형을 향하여 이동시킴으로써, 이 제 1 형의 환상 돌기를 상기 버링부의 선단부에 맞닿게 하고, 상기 버링부를 제 1 형의 가압면과 제 2 형의 가압면에 의해 축방향으로 압축시켜 상기 보스부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 부재의 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 보스부의 두께는 상기 본체부의 두께보다도 두껍게 형성되는 동시에, 상기 버링부의 기립 방향과 동일한 측이 되는 보스부의 단부는, 그 인접한 바깥쪽에 위치하는 상기 본체부의 단면보다도 낮게 되도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 부재의 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 보스부의 두께는 상기 본체부의 두께보다도 두껍게 형성되는 동시에, 상기 버링부의 기립 방향과 동일한 측이 되는 보스부의 단부는 그 인접한 빠깥쪽에 위치하는 상기 본체부의 단면과 동일 평면상에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 부재의 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 보스부의 두께는 상기 본체부의 두께보다도 두껍게 형성되는 동시에, 상기 버링부의 기립 방향과 동일한 측이 되는 보스부의 단부는 그 인접한 바깥쪽에 위치하는 상기 본체부의 단면보다도 돌출하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 부재의 제조방법.
