Claims (14)
- 플레이트(plate, 7)와 밸런스-콕(balance-cock, 6) 사이에서 피벗되어진 아버(arbour, 9)를 가지는 스프링된 밸런스 공명기 스파이럴(sprung balance resonator spiral)에 관한 것으로서, 상기 스파이럴(spiral, 10)은 그 사이에서 피치(pitch) “p”를 가지는 연속적인 회전(turn)으로부터 만들어진 스트립(strip)으로 형성되어지며, 내부곡선(inside curve, 11)의 단부는 밸런스 아버(balance arbour)에 결속되어지고 외부곡선(outside curve, 14)의 단부는 밸런스-콕(6) 또는 이에 결속된 부분에 결속되어지는, 스프링된 밸런스 공명기 스파이럴(sprung balance resonator spiral)에 있어서,상기 회전(turn)은 내부곡선(11)으로부터 외부곡선(14)까지 단일의 스트립으로 형성되어지며, 중앙 부착지점과 외부 부착지점 사이에 구성된 특정한 부위에 걸쳐서 높이 “h”와 비-균일한 두께 “e”의 사각형 섹션(section) “s”를 가지거나 또는/및 완전한 스파이럴의 라인(line) 외부에 형성된 하나 또는 그 이상의 부위를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스파이럴(spiral)
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 회전(turn)의 섹션 “s”는 내부곡선(11)을 향하여 외부곡선(14)으로부터 규칙적으로 증가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스파이럴(spiral)
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 회전(turn)들 사이의 피치 “p”는 내부곡선(11)을 향하여 외부곡선(14)으로부터 규칙적으로 감소하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스파이럴(spiral)
- 제 2 항 및 제 3 항에 있어서, 회전(turn)의 섹션 “s”는 내부곡선(11)을 향하여 외부곡선(14)으로부터 증가하고 피치 “p”는 감소하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스파이럴(spiral)
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 내부곡선(11)의 부위는 다른 모든 회전(turn)을 형성하는 스트립(strip)의 섹션(section) 보다 더 큰 섹션을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스파이럴(spiral)
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 외부곡선(14)의 부위는 다른 모든 회전(turn)을 형성하는 스트립의 섹션(section)보다 더 큰 섹션을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스파이럴(spiral)
- 제 5 항 및 제 6 항에 있어서, 내부곡선(11)의 부위(12)와 외부곡선(14)의 부위(15)는 다른 모든 회전(turn)을 형성하는 스트립의 섹션(section)보다 더 큰 섹션을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스파이럴(spiral)
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 내부곡선은 그로스만(Grossmann) 타입 형상을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스파이럴(spiral)
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 내부곡선(11)은 스트립(strip)으로서 동시에 형성되어지고 밸런스(8)의 아버(9) 상에 상기 스파이럴(spiral)을 위치시키도록 콜렛(collet)으로서 작용하는 자가-잠금 와셔(self-locking washer, 17)에 의해서 연장되어지며, 따라서 아르키메데서의 스파이럴의 원점의 방향과 거리가 밸런스(8)의 회전축에 대해서 제어되어지도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스파이럴(spiral)
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 자가-잠금 와셔(self-locking washer, 17)는 스트립의 높이 “h”보다 더 큰 두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스파이럴(spiral)
- 스파이럴(spiral)은 비-균일한 두께 “e”를 가지며 또는/및 완전한 스파이럴의 라인(line)의 외부에 형성된 하나 또는 그 이상의 회전부위를 포함하는 사각형 섹션의 단일의 스트립으로부터 형성되어지는, 결정질 재료 또는 비결정질 재료의 플레이트(plate)로부터 스파이럴(spiral)을 제작하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 마스크(mask)에 의해서 스파이럴(spiral)이 요구되는 외형(contour)을 따라서 상기 플레이트를 에칭(etching)하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법
- 비-균일한 두께 “e”를 가지며 또는/및 완전한 스파이럴의 라인(line)의 외부에 형성된 하나 또는 그 이상의 회전부위를 포함하는 사각형 섹션의 단일의 스트립으로부터 형성되어지는, 금속 또는 금속 합금의 스파이럴(spiral)을 제작하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 스파이럴(spiral)의 요구되는 외형(contour)에 대응하는 LIGA 방법에 의해서 몰드(mould)가 형성되어지고, 금속 또는 합금은 상기 몰드에 더해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 금속 또는 합금은 전기도금(electroplating)되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제작방법
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 금속 또는 합금은 압축되어지고 소결되어지는 나노입자 파우더(nanoparticle powder)의 형태로 추가되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제작방법
