Abstract
Description
Claims (7)
- 제 1스러스트면을 갖는 축 부재; 및상기 축 부재의 제 1스러스트면과 축 방향으로 대향하는 제 2스러트스면을 구비하고,상기 제 1스러스트면과 상기 제 2스러스트면 중 하나에 동압 발생 홈 영역이 형성되고,상기 동압 발생 홈 영역은 복수의 동압 발생 홈을 가지며,액체의 동압 작용은 상기 제 1스러스트면과 상기 제 2스러스트면 사이의 스러스트 베어링 틈새에 압력을 발생시켜 상기 축 부재를 축 방향으로 비접촉식으로 지지하는 동압 베어링 장치에 있어서,상기 동압 발생 홈 영역은 프레스 가공에 의해 형성되고, 상기 동압 발생 홈 영역 표면의 내주 에지의 높이에서 그 외주 에지의 높이를 차감한 높이차는 0이상 2㎛이내인 것을 특징으로 하는 동압 베어링 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 축 부재에 플랜지부가 구비되고, 상기 제 1스러스트면은 상기 제 2스러스트면과 대향하는 상기 플랜지부의 단부면에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 동압 베어링 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 동압 발생 홈 영역의 표면거칠기는 0.6Ra이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 동압 베어링 장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 동압 발생 홈 영역의 리지는 적어도 마무리 가공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 동압 베어링 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 동압 발생 홈 영역은 재료를 프레스함으로써 형성되고, 상기 재료는 상기 동압 발생 홈 영역에 대응하는 부분이 내방경측으로 경사진 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 동압 베어링 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,일단부에 개구부가 구비되고, 타단부가 스러스트 플레이트로 밀봉되는 하우징을 더 포함하며,상기 동압 발생 홈 영역은 상기 스러스트 플레이트의 단부면에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 동압 베어링 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 동압 발생 홈 영역은 상기 플랜지부의 상기 제 1스러스트면에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 동압 베어링 장치.
