Claims (10)
- Mn, Ti, Fe, Si, Ca, Mg, 및 80중량% 이상의 알루미나(Al2O3)를 함유하며, 소성에 의해 Mn-Al 스피넬(MnOㆍAl2O3) 결정과 아노사이트(CaOㆍAl2O3ㆍ2SiO2) 결정이 생성되는, 체적 고유저항이 1 ×1011Ωㆍ㎝ 이하인 세라믹.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산화물로 환산한 Mn, Ti 및 Fe의 함량이 총 2 내지 11중량% 이상인 세라믹.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산화물(MnO)로 환산한 Mn의 함량이 0.5중량% 이상인 세라믹.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산화물(TiO2)로 환산한 Ti의 함량이 0.5중량% 이상이고, 산화물(Fe2O3)로 환산한 Fe의 함량이 O.5중량% 이상인 세라믹.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비강성이 65GPaㆍ㎤/g 이상인 세라믹.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연마된 세라믹의 표면에 광이 조사되는 경우, 누적 반사율이 220 내지 350nm의 파장에서 10.3 내지 15.0%이고, 400 내지 550nm의 파장에서 11.9 내지 16.5%이며, 600 내지 800nm의 파장에서 13.8 내지 21.7%인 세라믹.
- 제1항에 있어서, 표면 조도가 0.6μRa인 세라믹의 표면에 광이 조사되는 경우, 0°에서의 정반사율이 220 내지 350nm의 파장에서 0.6 내지 0.9%이고, 400 내지 550nm의 파장에서 0.8 내지 1.0%이며, 600 내지 800nm의 파장에서 0.9 내지 1.7%인 세라믹.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산화물로 환산한 Si, Ca 및 Mg의 함량이 총 6 내지 9중량% 이상인 세라믹.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산화물(SiO2)로 환산한 Si의 함량이 4중량% 이상이고, 산화물(CaO)로 환산한 Ca의 함량이 0.4중량% 이상이며, 산화물(MgO)로 환산한 Mg의 함량이 0.4중량% 이상인 세라믹.
- 이산화망간(MnO2), 산화티탄(TiO2), 산화철(Fe2O3), 규석 또는 점토, 돌로마이트, 칼사이트, 마그네사이트, 및 주성분으로서의 알루미나(Al2O3)를 함유하는 혼합 분말로 성형체를 제조하고, 당해 성형체를 LPG로 또는 전기로에서 1300 내지 1450℃에서 소성시켜 Mn-Al 스피넬 결정과 아노사이트 결정(CaOㆍAl2O3ㆍ2SiO2)을 생성시키는, 세라믹의 제조방법.
