Claims (15)
- 복수의 재귀성 반사 요소와,수지제 지지 시트와,상기 수지제 지지 시트의 표면측에 배치되는 투명한 커버 필름과,상기 수지제 지지 시트의 이면측에 형성된 점착제층을 포함하고,상기 재귀성 반사 요소가, 상기 수지제 지지 시트 및 상기 커버 필름의 적어도 한쪽에 유지되며,상기 수지제 지지 시트와 상기 커버 필름은, 상기 수지제 지지 시트의 이면측으로부터의 가열 가압 엠보스 성형에 의해 접합되어 접합부가 형성되고,상기 수지제 지지 시트의 이면측에 상기 접합부의 홈이 형성되어 있는 재귀성 반사 시트에 있어서,상기 홈이, 상기 점착제층의 일부로 충전되어 있고,상기 점착제층의 잔류율이, 10% 이상 50% 이하의 범위이며, 또한상기 점착제층의 낙하 시간이, 10시간 이상 150시간 이하의 범위인 재귀성 반사 시트.- 여기서, 잔류율(%) = (잔류 변위÷초기 변위)×100상기 초기 변위는, 야마모토식 응집력 측정 장치를 사용하여, 5㎜ 폭의 JISG 4305로 규정하는 SUS304 강판으로 거울면 마무리된 평판 상에, 10㎜×5㎜의 상기 재귀성 반사 시트를, JIS Z 0237로 규정되는 압착 장치를 이용하여 압착시켜서, 압착 직후에 상기 재귀성 반사 시트의 양단에 실을 통해서 17g의 하중을 걸고, 그 후, 한쪽의 하중에 측정용의 하중 200g을 더욱 가하여, 5분 후에 생기는 상기 평판과 상기 재귀성 반사 시트의 어긋남(㎜)을 의미하고,상기 잔류 변위는, 상기 하중 200g을 제거한 10분 후에 생기는 상기 평판과 상기 재귀성 반사 시트의 어긋남을 의미하고,상기 낙하 시간은, JISZ0237의 유지력 시험에 준한, 40℃에서의 유지력 시험에서, 9.8N 하중을 걸었을 때의, 상기 재귀성 반사 시트의 낙하 시간을 의미함 -
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 점착제층에 의한 상기 홈의 충전율이, 50% 이상인 재귀성 반사 시트.- 여기서, 충전율(%) = [(A-B)÷A]×100상기 A는, 상기 재귀성 반사 시트의 단위 면적당의, 상기 홈의 면적을 의미하고,상기 B는, 상기 재귀성 반사 시트의 단위 면적당의, 상기 홈과 상기 점착제층의 계면에 형성된 공극의 면적을 의미함 -
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 잔류율이, 15% 이상 45% 이하의 범위인 재귀성 반사 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 낙하 시간이, 20시간 이상 140시간 이하의 범위인 재귀성 반사 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지제 지지 시트 이면측의 상기 홈이 형성되어 있지 않은 부분의 상기 점착제층의 두께가, 20㎛ 이상 110㎛ 이하의 범위인 재귀성 반사 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 점착제층이, 고무계 수지 또는 아크릴계 수지로 형성되는 재귀성 반사 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 재귀성 반사 요소가, 그 반구가 반사경으로 덮여진 투명구이고, 상기 투명구의 상기 반사경으로 덮여진 반구면측이, 상기 수지제 지지 시트 내에 매설되도록 유지되어 있는 재귀성 반사 시트.
- 청구의 범위 제1항에 기재된 재귀성 반사 시트와, 수지제 박리 필름을 포함하는 재귀성 반사 시트 적층체에 있어서,상기 수지제 박리 필름이, 상기 점착제층 상에 적층되어 있는 상기 재귀성 반사 시트 적층체.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 수지제 박리 필름이, 영률 50㎫ 이상 2000㎫ 이하의 범위의 가요성 수지 필름인 재귀성 반사 시트 적층체.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 가요성 수지 필름이, 미연신 폴리프로필렌 필름 또는 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 필름인 재귀성 반사 시트 적층체.
- 내열성을 갖는 박리 재료와, 청구의 범위 제1항에 기재된 재귀성 반사 시트의 적층체의 제조 방법에 있어서,복수의 재귀성 반사 요소와,수지제 지지 시트와,상기 수지제 지지 시트의 표면측에 배치되는 투명한 커버 필름을 포함하고,상기 재귀성 반사 요소가, 상기 수지제 지지 시트 및 상기 커버 필름의 적어도 한쪽에 유지되며,상기 수지제 지지 시트와 상기 커버 필름은, 상기 수지제 지지 시트의 이면측으로부터의 가열 가압 엠보스 성형에 의해 접합되어 접합부가 형성되고,상기 수지제 지지 시트의 이면측에 상기 접합부의 홈이 형성되어 있는 재귀성 반사 시트 원반을 준비하는 공정,상기 내열성을 갖는 박리 재료 상에, 점착제층을 형성하는 공정,상기 재귀성 반사 시트 원반의 이면측에, 상기 점착제층이 형성된 상기 내열성을 갖는 박리 재료를 배치하여, 상기 내열성을 갖는 박리 재료측으로부터, 50℃ 이상 90℃ 이하의 롤 표면 온도로, 100N/㎝ 이상 800N/㎝ 이하의 롤간 선압력으로 접합하고, 상기 수지제 지지 시트의 상기 홈 중에 상기 점착제층의 일부를 충전시키는 공정을 포함하는 내열성을 갖는 박리 재료와, 제1항에 기재된 재귀성 반사 시트의 적층체의 제조 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 점착제층에, 23±2℃, 상대 습도 65±5%의 환경 하에서 7일간 에이징 처리하는 공정을 또한 포함하는 재귀성 반사 시트 적층체의 제조 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 내열성을 갖는 박리 재료가, 두께 20㎛ 이상 200㎛ 이하의 종이, 두께 30㎛ 이상 220㎛ 이하의 합성 수지 라미네이트지, 또는 두께 15㎛ 이상 250㎛ 이하의 폴리프로필렌 필름 또는 폴리에스테르 필름인 재귀성 반사 시트 적층체의 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 청구의 범위 제11항에 기재된 제조 방법에 의해 제조된, 내열성을 갖는 박리 재료와, 청구의 범위 제1항에 기재된 재귀성 반사 시트의 적층체로부터, 상기 내열성을 갖는 박리 재료를 박리하여, 수지제 박리 필름으로 갈아 붙이는 공정을 포함하는 재귀성 반사 시트 적층체의 제조 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 점착제층에, 23±2℃, 상대 습도 65±5%의 환경 하에서 7일간 에이징 처리하는 공정을 또한 포함하는 재귀성 반사 시트 적층체의 제조 방법.
