Claims (9)
- 하기 반응식 II로 표시되는, 아이소프탈산 다이클로라이드(IPC)를 화학식 II의 입체 장애 아민과 축합시켜 화학식 I의 안정제를 제조하는 방법으로서, 유기 용매 또는 유기 용매와 물의 혼합물 및 압력 및 온도의 최적 조합을 전체 공정동안 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법:반응식 II상기 식에서R1은 H, C6-사이클로알킬 또는 C1-C4-알킬이고;R2는 H, C1-C5-알킬 또는 C1-C10-알킬옥시기이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,R1이 H 또는 C1-C2-알킬이고; R2가 H 또는 C1-C2-알킬인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,R1이 메틸이고 R2가 H인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,IPC 대 아민(II)의 몰 비가 1 대 1.8 내지 2.0인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,용매가 자일렌, 에탄올 또는 아이소프로판올, 또는 60 내지 80부피% 아이소프로판올 및 20내지 40부피% 물의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,25 내지 35℃의 온도에서 용매/물/NaOH 용액중 아민(II)에 IPC를 첨가하고 반응 혼합물을 동일한 온도에서 50 내지 70분동안 교반하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,그 후 반응 혼합물을 오토클레이브중에서 90 내지 110℃의 온도 및 1.3 내지 1.7바의 시스템 압력으로 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상 분리가 발생하고, 물의 첨가 후 유기 상을 130 내지 140℃의 온도 및 3.0 내지 4.0바의 압력으로 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상온으로 냉각한 후 화학식 I의 화합물을 단리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
