Description
ここで、特定の有機溶剤を、最適な圧力および温度と組み合わせて使用することにより、驚くべきことに、全体的な収率が10%以上も増加し、廃水中の有機物負荷が低下するために環境的な問題も軽減されることが分かった。
有機溶剤または有機溶剤と水の混合物、および圧力と温度の最適組合せを製法全体で使用することを特徴とする方法である。
下記の例は、一般式(I)の安定剤を製造するための新規な方法を説明するものである。基R1=メチル、R2=Hである例を使用する。R1=メチル、R2=Hである式(I)の安定剤は、ポリアミド重合体用の強力な安定剤として一般的に良く知られており、ClariantからNylostab(登録商標)S-EED(登録商標)の商品名で市販されている。
攪拌機、滴下漏斗、温度計およびpH電極を取り付けた2リットルの4つ口フラスコ中で、
150.5gの2,2,6,6−テトラメチルピペリジン−4−イル−アミン(98.7%、0.95モル)および
85.2gの50%NaOH溶液(1.07モル)を
470.0gのイソプロパノールおよび
260.0gの脱イオン水の混合物に加える。
攪拌しながら、
102.1gの溶融したイソフタル酸クロライド(99.4%、0.50モル)を加える。
−塩および水性NaOHおよび少量のイソプロパノールを含む下側水相
−イソプロパノール中に溶解した所望の生成物を含む上側有機相
が形成される。
攪拌機、滴下漏斗、温度計およびpH電極を取り付けた2リットルの4つ口フラスコ中で、
161.2gの2,2,6,6−テトラメチルピペリジン−4−イル−アミン(98.7%、1.02モル)および
93.8gの砕いた氷を温度7℃に冷却する。
102.1gの溶融したイソフタル酸クロライド(99.4%、0.50モル)を加える。
IPCを加えている間、反応混合物の温度を10℃未満に維持する。IPCを加えた後、粘着性の物質を
450.0gの脱イオン水および
133.3gの30%NaOH溶液(1.00モル)
で希釈する。
300.0gの脱イオン水を加えて反応混合物を希釈する。
600.0gの脱イオン水中に再度分散させ、30分間攪拌し、再度実験室用吸引フィルター上で単離し、700.0gの脱イオン水で洗浄する。
例1および2の基R1=メチル、R2=Hである反応生成物(I)の結晶の濾過特性を標準的な濾過装置で試験した。この装置は、鋼製圧力フィルター(l=0.5m、d=0.05m、Co.BHS、金属スクリーン多孔度60μm)からなる。このフィルター装置に標準量(800ml)の(I)の生成物懸濁液を充填する。このフィルター装置を閉鎖し、圧力1バールのN2を作用させる。濾過時間を、濾過の際に生じる濾液量の関数として測定する。良好な濾過時間は、懸濁液の良好な濾過特性に相関する。
Claims (8)
- R1がHまたはC1〜C2アルキルであり、R2がHまたはC1〜C2アルキルである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- R1がメチルであり、R2がHである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- IPCと前記アミン(II)のモル比が1対1.8〜2.0である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 有機溶剤が、キシレン、エタノールまたはイソプロパノールであるか、またはイソプロパノール60〜80体積%と水20〜40体積%の混合物である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第一工程で、前記反応混合物を同じ温度で50〜70分間攪拌する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 相を分離し、有機相を、水を加えた後、圧力3.0〜4.0バール下、温度130〜140℃に加熱する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 周囲温度に冷却した後、前記式(I)の化合物を単離する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
