Claims (11)
- 띠강을 관형으로 성형하여 준비된 외피와, 이 외피 내부에 충전된 플럭스를 포함하는 시임을 갖는 플럭스 충전 와이어의 제조 방법에 있어서,띠강을 단면이 U자형으로 성형하는 단계로서, U자형으로 성형된 띠강을 플럭스로 충전하는, 상기 띠강 성형 단계와,플럭스로 충전되고 U자형으로 성형된 띠강을 관형으로 성형하는 단계와,관형으로 성형된 와이어를 윤활제를 사용하여 인발하는 단계와,인발된 와이어로부터 상기 윤활제를 물리적 수단에 의해 제거하는 단계와,와이어 공급용 윤활제를 와이어 표면상에 도포하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 각 단계를 인라인에서 실행하며,상기 와이어 인발 단계에 있어서, 유황계의 고압 윤활제를 함유하는 와이어 인발 윤활제를 사용하고, 관형으로 성형된 와이어로부터 제품 직경의 와이어까지의 와이어 인발 전체를 롤러 다이스에 의해 실행하는시임을 갖는 플럭스 충전 용접용 와이어의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 관형으로 성형된 와이어로부터 제품 직경 직전의 직경을 갖는 와이어까지 롤러 다이스에 의해 와이어 인발을 실행하고, 계속해서 와이어 인발 최종단에서 구멍 다이스에 의해 마무리 와이어 인발을 실행하는시임을 갖는 플럭스 충전 용접용 와이어의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 와이어 인발 윤활제는 이황화 몰리브덴을 함유하는시임을 갖는 플럭스 충전 용접용 와이어의 제조 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 대략 제품 직경까지 상기 인발후의 와이어에 구멍 다이스에 의한 마무리 와이어 인발을 실행하는시임을 갖는 플럭스 충전 용접용 와이어의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 인발후의 와이어 표면상의 와이어 인발 윤활제의 부착량이 인발후의 와이어 표면상의 유황량으로 환산하여 와이어 10kg당 0.1g 내지 0.6g의 범위내에 있도록 와이어 인발 윤활제를 사용하는시임을 갖는 플럭스 충전 용접용 와이어의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 롤러 다이스를 지지하는 프레임체에, 롤러 다이스의 와이어 인발 하중 방향으로 10000N의 인장 하중을 인가한 경우, 상기 롤러 다이스를 지지하는 프레임체는 프레임체의 신장량이 20㎛ 내지 150㎛의 범위인 높은 강성을 갖는시임을 갖는 플럭스 충전 용접용 와이어의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 띠강의 두께(t)에 대한 띠강의 폭(W)의 비(t/W)가 0.06 내지 0.12의 범위내에 있는시임을 갖는 플럭스 충전 용접용 와이어의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 인발후의 와이어의 표면은 비커스 경도 170Hv 내지 240Hv의 범위내의 경도를 갖는시임을 갖는 플럭스 충전 용접용 와이어의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 와이어 인발 단계중 어느 단계에 있어서도, 와이어의 표면 온도가 90℃ 내지 250℃의 범위내에 있는시임을 갖는 플럭스 충전 용접용 와이어의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 성형 단계전에 띠강을 미리 세정 및 탈지하고, 띠강의 와이어 표면이 되는 면에만 상기 와이어 인발 윤활제를 도포하는시임을 갖는 플럭스 충전 용접용 와이어의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 인발후의 와이어의 수분 함유량이 500ppm 이하인시임을 갖는 플럭스 충전 용접용 와이어의 제조 방법.
