Claims (3)
- 와이어 표면이 평탄한 가공면, 요철형상 및 가공면을 기준으로 하여 음의 방향(와이어 중심방향)의 요부형상이 원주 방향으로 존재하는 혼합형상 표면을 갖는 베이킹(Baking) 처리된 플럭스코어드와이어에 있어서,상기 표면이 평탄한 가공면으로만 형성된 부분의 산화막 두께가 0.10~0.90㎛범위내임과 동시에,겉보기 원호길이(di)에 대한 실제 원호길이(dr)의 비(dr/di)가 1.015~1.615 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 가스실드아크용접용 베이크드 플럭스코어드와이어.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 산화막은 그 상이 Fe2O3와 Fe3O4로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 가스실드아크용접용 베이크드 플럭스코어드와이어.
- 강대외피를 조관, 플럭스 충진, 신선, 베이킹 및 표면처리제를 도포하여 얻 어지는 가스실드아크용접용 베이크드 플럭스코어드와이어의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 강대 외피의 표면 조도는 Ra값 기준으로 0.20~1.43㎛범위내이고,상기 조관공정을 위한 신선속도는 20~150m/min범위내이고, 이와 동시에조관신선후 2차 신선속도는 100~1800m/min범위내로 제어하며,상기 베이킹 공정은 일반 대기 분위기하에 300~570℃ 온도범위에서 20분 내지 12시간동안 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스실드아크용접용 베이크드 플럭스코어드와이어의 제조방법.
