Claims (16)
- 초전도 산화물을 이용하는 유기금속증착용 전구용액 제조방법에 있어서,초전도 원료 분말을 TFA용액에 녹인 후 열판내에서 용융시키는 단계와;분말이 완전히 용해되어 용액이 맑아지면 상기 열판내의 온도를 높여서 용액을 증발시키며 점성이 있는 젤리 상태가 될 때까지 가열을 계속하는 단계와;상기 용액의 유동성이 완전히 없어지는 상태가 되면 가열을 중단하고 상기 용액을 냉각하는 단계와;상온에서 굳어진 젤리상태의 화합물을 유기용매에 녹여서 초전도 원료분말-TFA 전구용액을 얻는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도 산화물을 이용하는 유기금속증착용 전구용액 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,초전도 원료분말-TFA전구용액의 총 양이온 농도가 0.1 내지 30㏖인 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도 산화물을 이용하는 유기금속증착용 전구용액 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,초전도 원료분말을 REBa2Cu3O7-x(RE=Y, La, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu 등 희토류 원소 또는 이들의 조합)로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도산화물을 이용하는 유기금속증착용 전구용액 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 초전도 원료분말은 Y2CuO4와 Y2BaCuO5, BaCuO2와 같은 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도 산화물을 이용하는 유기금속증착용 전구용액 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 초전도 원료분말을 Y, Sm, Nd외에 다른 희토류 금속이 포함된 123화합물(Ya, Ybb, Smc, Lad, Nde, Hof, Gdg...)1Ba2Cu3O7-x(a+b+c+d+e+f+g+..=1, 0.5<x<1.1)의 분말을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도 산화물을 이용하는 유기금속증착용 전구용액 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,초전도 원료물질을 RE2CuO4(RE=Y, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu 등 희토류 원소 또는 이들의 조합), BaCuO2, RE2Ba1Cu1O5(RE=Y, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu 등 희토류 원소 또는 이들의 조합), RE4Ba2Cu2O10(RE=La, Nd 등 희토류 원소 또는 이들의 조합), RE1Ba2Cu4Ox(RE=Y, La, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu 등 희도류 원소 또는 이들의 조합)등의 화합물을 RE:Ba:Cu=1:2:3의 비율로혼합하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도 산화물을 이용하는 유기금속증착용 전구용액 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유기용매는 메틸알콜, 에틸알콜, 메톡시 에탄올(메티놀 글리콜 모노메틸 에테르)중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기금속증착법을 사용한 박막형 초전도체 제조방법.
- 유기금속증착법을 사용한 박막형 초전도체 제조방법에 있어서,초전도 원료분말을 TFA용액에 녹인 후에 열판내에서 용융시키는 단계와;분물이 완전히 용해되어 용액이 맑아지면 상기 열판내의 온도를 높여서 용액을 증발시키며 점성이 있는 젤리 상태가 될 때까지 가열을 계속하는 단계와;상기 용액의 유동성이 완전히 없어지는 상태가 되면 가열을 중단하고 상기 용액을 냉각하는 단계와;상온에서 굳어진 젤리상태의 화합물을 유기용매에 녹여서 초전도 원료분말-TFA 전구용액을 얻는 단계와;집합조직을 가진 금속이나 단결정 금속 기판에 상기 초전도 원료분말-TFA전구용액을 떨어뜨려서 얇은 막을 도포하는 단계와;상기 얇은 막을 도포한 다음 건조시켜 박막을 형성하는 단계와;상기 박막을 하소 및 소성열처리 하여 박막이 초전도 특성을 가지는 단계를특징으로 하는 유기금속증착법을 사용한 박막형 초전도체 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 얇은 막을 도포하는 단계는 회전시키는 회전코딩이나, 담금코팅 또는, 분무식, 전사식을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기금속증착법을 사용한 박막형 초전도체 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,집합조직을 가지는 금속이나 단결정 기판은 압연 열처리된 Ni, Ni계 합금(Ni-W, Ni-Cr, Ni-Cr-W등), 은 또는 은 합금, Ni-은 복합체등의 입방정 금속이나 이들의 합금으로 이들 금속의 표면에 초전도 층과의 반응을 방지하고 2축 배향된 집합조직의 결정성을 전달하는 역활을 하는 세라믹 중간층이 도포된 기판이나, MgO, LaAlO3, 또는 SrTiO3등과 같은 단결정으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 유기금속증착법을 사용한 박막형 초전도체 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,초전도 원료분말-TFA전구용액의 총 양이온 농도가 0.1 내지 30㏖인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기금속증착법을 사용한 박막형 초전도체 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,초전도 원료분말을 RE1Ba2Cu3O7-x(RE=Y, La, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu 등 희토류 원소 또는 이들의 조합)로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기금속증착법을 사용한 박막형 초전도체 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 초전도 원료분말은 Y2CuO4와 Y2BaCuO5, BaCuO2와 같은 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기금속증착법을 사용한 박막형 초전도체 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 초전도 원료분말을 Y, Sm, Nd외에 다른 희토류 금속이 포함된 123화합물(Ya, Ybb, Smc, Lad, Nde, Hof, Gdg...)1Ba2Cu3O7-x(a+b+c+d+e+f+g+..=1, 0.5<x<1.1)의 분말을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기금속증착법을 사용한 박막형 초전도체 제조방법.
