Claims (8)
- 가스 냉매를 압축하는 압축기(21)와, 열원측 열교환기(24)와, 액냉매를 모으는 리시버(26)와, 이용측 열교환기(52)를 포함하는 주 냉매 회로(10)와,상기 리시버의 소정 위치(L1, L2)로부터 상기 리시버 내의 냉매의 일부를 뽑아내어, 감압 및 가열을 행하고, 냉매 온도를 측정한 후에, 상기 압축기의 흡입측으로 회수할 수 있도록 설치되어, 상기 리시버 내의 액면(液面)이 소정 위치가 된 것을 검출하는 액면 검출 회로(30, 630)를 구비한 냉동 장치(1, 501).
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 리시버(26)의 소정 위치(L1, L2)는, 상기 리시버 내에 모인 냉매량이 변화한 경우에, 가스 냉매 또는 액냉매가 존재할 수 있는 위치인, 냉동 장치(1, 501).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 액면 검출 회로(30, 130, 230, 330, 430, 630)는, 개폐 기구(31a, 131a)와 감압 기구(31b)와 가열 기구(31c, 231c, 331c, 431c)를 포함하고 상기 리시버(26)와 상기 압축기(21)의 흡입측을 접속하는 바이패스 회로(31, 131, 231,331, 431)와, 상기 가열 기구에 의하여 가열된 후의 냉매 온도를 검출하는 온도 검출 기구(32)를 가지고 있는, 냉동 장치(1, 501).
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 가열 기구(31c, 331c)는, 상기 주 냉매 회로(10) 내를 흐르는 냉매를 가열원으로 한 열교환기인, 냉동 장치(1, 501).
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 가열 기구(31c)의 가열원은, 상기 주 냉매 회로(10)에 있어서, 상기 열원측 열교환기(24)와 상기 이용측 열교환기(52) 간을 흐르는 액냉매이고,상기 가열 기구는, 상기 바이패스 회로(31, 131)에 있어서, 상기 감압 기구(31b, 131a)보다도 냉매 흐름의 하류측에 설치되어 있는,냉동 장치(1, 501).
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 액면 검출 회로(30, 630)와 같은 구성을 가지고, 상기 리시버(26) 내에 모인 냉매량이 변화한 경우에도, 항상, 액냉매로 채워지는 상기 리시버의 참조 위치(LR)로부터 상기 리시버 내의 냉매의 일부를 뽑아내도록 설치된 보조 액면 검출 회로(530)를 더 구비하고 있는, 냉동 장치(501).
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 주 냉매 회로(10), 상기 액면 검출 회로(30, 130, 230, 330, 530, 630)를 흐르는 냉매는, R32를 50wt% 이상 포함하고 있는, 냉동 장치(1, 501).
- 가스 냉매를 압축하는 압축기(21)와, 열원측 열교환기(24)와, 액냉매를 모으는 리시버(26)를 포함하는 냉매 회로(10)를 구비한 냉동 장치(1, 501)의 냉매량 검출 방법에 있어서,상기 압축기를 운전하는 것에 의하여, 상기 냉매 회로 내를 흐르는 냉매를 상기 열원측 열교환기에서 응축하는 것이 가능한 압력까지 승압시키는 압축기 운전 스텝과,상기 압축기 운전 스텝 중에, 상기 리시버의 소정 위치(L1, L2)로부터 상기 리시버 내의 냉매의 일부를 뽑아내어, 감압 및 가열을 행한 후, 냉매 온도를 측정하고, 측정된 냉매 온도에 근거하여 상기 리시버 내의 액면이 소정 위치에 있는지 여부를 판정하는 액면 검출 스텝을 구비한 냉동 장치(1, 501)의 냉매량 검출 방법.
