Claims (4)
- 하기 1)의 엑스트락트와 하기 2)의 광유계기유를 질량비 95/5~5/95의 비율로 혼합한, 100℃의 동점도가 32㎟/s 미만, %CA가 15~3O, 아닐린점이 1OO℃ 이하, 증발질량변화율이 0.5% 이하, 또한 변이원성지수가 1 미만인 프로세스유.1) 감압증류 잔사유의 탈력유를 용제추출하여 얻은 DMSO 추출분이 3질량% 미만인 엑스트락트2) 감압증류 유분을 용제정제하여 얻은 라피네이트이며, DMSO 추출분이 3질량% 미만인 광유계기유, 또는 감압증류 유분을 용제정제하여 얻은 라피네이트를 수소화정제 및/또는 탈납 처리함에 따라 얻은 DMSO 추출분이 3질량% 미만인 광유계기유
- 청구항 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 엑스트락트는 1OO℃의 동점도가 5O~1OO㎟/s , %CA가 15~35, 아닐린점이 90℃ 이하, 크로마토래피에 의한 방향족분이 60질량% 이상인 프로세스유.
- 청구항 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 광유계기유는 1OO℃의 동점도가 4~2O㎟/s, %CA가 3~20, 아닐린점이 120℃ 이하, 크로마토래피에 의한 방향족분이 10질량% 이상인 프로세스유.
- 감압증류 잔사유를 탈력유의 잔류 탄소분이 1.6 질량% 이하가 되는 조건에서 탈력하고, 얻은 탈력유를 엑스트락트수율이 35~60%가 되는 조건에서 용제추출해서 얻은 DMSO 추출분이 3질량% 미만인 엑스트락트에, 상압환산비점이 3OO~7OO℃의 감압증류 유분을 용제정제하여 얻은 라피네이트이며 DMSO 추출분이 3질량% 미만인 광유계기유, 또는 상압환산비점이 3OO~7OO℃의 감압증류 유분을 용제정제하여 얻은 라피네이트를 수소화정제 및/또는 탈납 처리함에 따라 얻은 DMSO 추출분이 3 질량% 미만인 광유계기유를 질량비 95/5~5/95의 비율로 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로세스유의 제조방법.
