Claims (30)
- 무기 고체 개시 입자들의 무기 고체 생성 입자들로의 연속 전환 방법에 있어서,상기 무기 고체 개시 입자들은 비정질이거나 또는 질서도를 가지며,(a)상기 개시 입자들이 비정질인 경우, 상기 무기 고체 생성 입자들은 질서도를 가지거나, 또는(b)상기 개시 입자들이 질서도를 가지는 경우, 상기 무기 고체 생성 입자들은 상이한 질서, 또는 상이한 질서도, 또는 무질서를 가지고,상기 무기 고체 생성 입자들은 촉매내에 또는 촉매로서, 담체내에 또는 담체로서, 또는 흡착제내에 또는 흡착제로서 사용하기에 적당하며,상기 무기 고체 개시 입자들은 액체에 분산되어 현탁액을 형성하며, 상기 현탁액은 일렬로 연결된 적어도 2개의 분리된 전환 용기(3)를 통해 흐르며, 상기 현탁액은 상기 용기(3) 각각에서 교반되며, 상기 현탁액은 상기 용기들을 통해 흐르는 것을 특징으로 하는 무기 고체 개시 입자들의 무기 고체 생성 입자들로의 연속 전환 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 현탁액은 3개 내지 5개의 분리된 전환 용기(3)를 통해 흐르는 것을 특징으로 하는 무기 고체 개시 입자들의 무기 고체 생성 입자들로의 연속 전환 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 현탁액은 전환 용기(3)를 통해 실질적으로 윗쪽으로 흐르는 것을 특징으로 하는 무기 고체 개시 입자들의 무기 고체 생성 입자들로의 연속 전환 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 현탁액에 대한 교반은 주축 방향으로 움직이는 것을 특징으로 하는 무기 고체 개시 입자들의 무기 고체 생성 입자들로의 연속 전환 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 교반은 윗쪽 및 아랫쪽의 양쪽으로 움직이는 것을 특징으로 하는 무기 고체 개시 입자들의 무기 고체 생성 입자들로의 연속 전환 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,적어도 하나의 전환 용기에서, 공정 조건은 다른 전환 용기 또는 용기들의 공정 조건과는 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 무기 고체 개시 입자들의 무기 고체 생성 입자들로의 연속 전환 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 공정 조건은 온도인 것을 특징으로 하는 무기 고체 개시 입자들의 무기고체 생성 입자들로의 연속 전환 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 공정 조건은 pH인 것을 특징으로 하는 무기 고체 개시 입자들의 무기 고체 생성 입자들로의 연속 전환 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 공정 조건은 시드 및/또는 추가의 반응물을 첨가함에 의해서 변화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무기 고체 개시 입자들의 무기 고체 생성 입자들로의 연속 전환 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 공정 조건은 2개의 전환 용기들 사이에 고체-액체 분리기를 경유해서 상기 입자로부터 액체를 분리하고, 새로운 액체를 상기 입자에 첨가함에 의해서 변화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무기 고체 개시 입자들의 무기 고체 생성 입자들로의 연속 전환 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 공정 조건은 상기 현탁액을 초음파 또는 극초단파로 처리함에 의해서 변화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무기 고체 개시 입자들의 무기 고체 생성 입자들로의연속 전환 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 현탁액의 고체 대 액체의 비율(SLR)은 0.5 내지 1.33, 바람직하게는 0.65 내지 1.00의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 무기 고체 개시 입자들의 무기 고체 생성 입자들로의 연속 전환 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 무기 고체 개시 입자는 분쇄, 제분, 압출, (순간)하소, 순간 동결, 초음파 처리, 극초단파 처리, 또는 산 또는 염기 처리에 의해서 전처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무기 고체 개시 입자들의 무기 고체 생성 입자들로의 연속 전환 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 무기 고체 개시 입자는 모래 입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 무기 고체 개시 입자들의 무기 고체 생성 입자들로의 연속 전환 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 무기 고체 개시 입자는 흡착 미세립자, 촉매 미세립자 또는 촉매 전구체 미세립자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무기 고체 개시 입자들의 무기 고체 생성 입자들로의 연속 전환 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 15 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 무기 고체 개시 입자는 알루미늄 트리히드레이트 또는 이의 열처리된 형태를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무기 고체 개시 입자들의 무기 고체 생성 입자들로의 연속 전환 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 무기 고체 개시 입자는 마그네슘 옥시드, 마그네슘 히드록시드, 마그네슘 카보네이트 또는 마그네슘 히드록시 카보네이트 입자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무기 고체 개시 입자들의 무기 고체 생성 입자들로의 연속 전환 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 17 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 무기 고체 개시 입자는 지르코니아, 지르콘 또는 바델라이트석을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무기 고체 개시 입자들의 무기 고체 생성 입자들로의 연속 전환 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 18 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 무기 고체 생성 입자는 층구조의 마그네슘 실리케이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무기 고체 개시 입자들의 무기 고체 생성 입자들로의 연속 전환 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 19 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 무기 고체 생성 입자는 음이온 클레이를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무기 고체 개시 입자들의 무기 고체 생성 입자들로의 연속 전환 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 20 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 무기 고체 생성 입자는 미세-결정 베마이트 및/또는 유사-결정 베마이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무기 고체 개시 입자들의 무기 고체 생성 입자들로의 연속 전환 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 21 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 무기 고체 생성 입자는 제올라이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무기 고체 개시 입자들의 무기 고체 생성 입자들로의 연속 전환 방법.
- 제 22 항에 있어서,상기 제올라이트는 ZSM-5인 것을 특징으로 하는 무기 고체 개시 입자들의 무기 고체 생성 입자들로의 연속 전환 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 23 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,적어도 하나의 개시 입자는 소모 촉매, 분쇄된 벽돌, 시멘트 입자, 분쇄된돌 및 하버 슬러지로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무기 고체 개시 입자들의 무기 고체 생성 입자들로의 연속 전환 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 24 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법을 실시하기에 적당한 장치에 있어서,상기 장치는 현탁액을 형성하기위해서 액체내 입자를 분산시키기위한 공급물 제조 용기(1)를 포함하며,적어도 2개의 분리되고, 실질적으로 수직의 전환 용기(3)가 일렬로 연결되고, 각각은 상기 현탁액을 교반하기위한 혼합기(5)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 25 항에 있어서,상기 장치는 3개 내지 5개의 분리되고, 실질적으로 수직인 전환 용기(3)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 25 항 또는 제 26 항에 있어서,상기 전환 용기(3)는 축 또는 공축 혼합기(5)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 25 항 내지 제 27 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,적어도 하나의 전환 용기(3)는 공정 조건을 조절하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 28 항에 있어서,상기 공정 조건을 조절하는 수단은 주입기인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 28 항에 있어서,상기 공정 조건을 조절하는 수단은 현탁액에 초음파를 도입하기 위한 변환기인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
