Claims (6)
- a) 55℃ 내지 120℃의 온도에서 지방족 히드록실기 및 우레탄기의 부재하에,80 중량%의 2,4- 및(또는) 2,6-디이소시아네이토톨루엔을 함유하는 20 내지 80 중량%의 디이소시아네이트 성분, 20 내지 80 중량%의 용매 및(또는) 희석액, 및 디알킬아미노메틸기를 함유하는 페놀성 촉매를 포함하는 혼합물을 형성하도록 배합된 용매 성분 및 촉매 성분의 존재하의 디이소시아네이트 성분의 촉매첨가 삼량체화를 수행하고,b) 이후에 임의로 촉매 활성 억제제를 첨가하여 반응을 종결시키는 것을 포함하는, 이소시아누레이트기 및 0.1 중량% 미만의 디이소시아네이트 단량체를 함유하는 2,4- 및(또는) 2,6-디이소시아네이토톨루엔을 기재로 하는 용매-함유 및(또는) 희석액-함유 폴리이소시아네이트의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 디알킬아미노메틸기(알킬=C1내지 C3쇄)와 페놀성 OH기가 한 분자에 위치하는 촉매를 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 페놀, p-이소노닐페놀 또는 비스페놀 A를 기재로 하여 디메틸아민 및 포름알데히드와 반응시켜 얻어진 마니히(Mannich) 염기를 촉매로 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 2,4- 대 2,6-디이소시아네이토톨루엔의 중량비가 3:2 내지 9:1인 혼합물을 출발 디이소시아네이트로서 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 2,4-디이소시아네이토톨루엔을 출발 디이소시아네이트로서 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항의 이소시아네이트기를 함유하는 폴리이소시아네이트를 배합물에 첨가하는 것을 포함하는, 폴리우레탄 페인트, 코팅재, 접착제, 인쇄용 잉크, 밀봉제 및 폴리우레탄 성형재의 제조 방법.
