Claims (8)
- 아민 화합물과 수소화 알루미늄의 착화합물 및 유기 용매를 포함하는, 전도성 막 형성용 조성물.
- 제1항에 따른 전도성 막 형성용 조성물을 기판상에 도포한 후 도포된 조성물을 가열 및(또는) 광조사시켜 알루미늄막을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는, 전도성 막 형성 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 기판이 Ti, Pd 및 Al로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 금속 원자를 함유하는 유기금속 화합물을 포함하는 코팅막을 갖고, 상기 전도성 막 형성용 조성물을 기판의 코팅막 상에 도포하는 것인 방법.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 알루미늄 막 상에 Ti, Pd 및 Al로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 금속 원자를 함유하는 유기금속 화합물을 포함하는 코팅막을 형성한 후 형성된 코팅막을 가열 및(또는) 광조사하여 코팅막을 상응하는 금속막으로 변환시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제2항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 얻어진 전도성 막.
- 표면에 패턴화된 친수성 부분 및 소수성 부분을 갖는 기판상에 제1항에 따른 전도성 막 형성용 조성물을 도포하여 패턴화된 코팅 막을 형성한 후 상기 코팅 막을 가열 및(또는) 광조사하여 패턴화된 알루미늄 막을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는, 패턴화된 전도성 막의 형성 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 패턴화된 알루미늄 막 상에 Ti, Pd 및 Al로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 금속 원자를 함유하는 유기금속 화합물을 포함하는 코팅막을 형성한 후 형성된 코팅막을 가열 및(또는) 광조사하여 코팅막을 상응하는 금속막으로 변환시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 따른 방법에 의해 얻어진 패턴화된 전도성 막인 배선 또는 전극.
