Claims (6)
- 공중합성분으로서의 (메타)아크릴레이트 화합물이 5 중량% 미만인 아크릴로니트릴계 중합체를 포함하는 아크릴계 섬유에 히드라진계 화합물을 사용한 가교도입처리, 가수분해 및 환원처리를 실시한 것을 특징으로 하는 고백도 흡습성 섬유의 제조방법.
- (1)공중합성분으로서의 (메타)아크릴레이트 화합물이 5 중량% 미만인 아크릴로니트릴계 공중합체를 포함하는 아크릴계 섬유를 히드라진계 화합물 처리하여 가교의 도입 및 1.0~10.0 중량%의 질소함유량의 증가를 수행시키고, (2)알칼리성 금속염의 수용액으로 처리하여 CN기를 가수분해시킨 금속염형 카르복시기를 4.0~10.0meq/g 분량으로 생성시킨 다음, (3)하이드로설파이트염, 티오황산염, 아황산염, 아질산염, 이산화티오요소, 아스코르빈산염 및 히드라진계 화합물로 구성된 그룹 중에서 선택된 환원처리제로 환원처리한 것을 특징으로 하는 고백도 흡습성 섬유의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 환원처리 후 추가로 산처리를 실시하여 상기 금속염형 카르복시기를 H형화하고, 이어서 Li, Na, K, Ca, Mg, Ba 및 Al 중에서 선택된 금속염으로 처리하여 상기 H형 카르복시기의 일부를 금속염형화함으로써 H형/금속염형의 몰비를 90/10~0/100으로 조정한 것을 특징으로 하는 고백도 흡습성섬유의 제조방법.
- 백도가 명도 8 이상 10 미만, 채도 4 이하, 색상 2.5R~7.5Y이고, JIS-L0217-103법(세제는 Kao에서 제조한 "Attack" 사용)에 따라 5회 세탁처리한 후 섬유의 변색을 JIS-L0805법에 따른 오염용 그레이 스케일로 평가했을 때 3-4급 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법으로 제조한 고백도 흡습성 섬유.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 과산화수소 농도 0.5 중량%, NaOH에 의한 pH 10 및 80℃로 60분 동안 배쓰 비율 1/50의 조건 하에서 표백처리한 과산화수소 표백 후 섬유의 변색을 JIS-L0805법에 따른 오염용 그레이 스케일로 평가했을 때 3급 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 고백도 흡습성 섬유.
- 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서, 섬유를 포화흡수량을 초과하는 물의 공존 하에서 80℃로 16시간 동안 방치한 후의 변색을 JIS-L0805법에 따른 오염용 그레이 스케일로 평가했을 때 3-4급 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 고백도 흡습성 섬유.
