Claims (42)
- RFT 지지부용 무공압 주행 타이어(RFT) 보강재에 있어서,단일의, 실질적인 원통형 섹션으로 형성된 하나 이상의 필라멘트를 포함하고,RFT 보강재의 축선이 중력에 실질적으로 수직일 때, 약 2m 높이로부터 경질 표면으로 떨어뜨릴 때, 약 20% 이하로 변형되기에 충분한 강성을 가지는 RFT 보강재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 1 횡단 각도, 제 2 횡단 각도 및 원주 각도로 형성된 필라멘트들을 포함하는 RFT 보강재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 횡단 부재와 하나 이상의 원주 부재를 포함하는 RFT 보강재.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 횡단 부재와 상기 원주 부재는 동일 필라멘트로부터, 서로 다른 각도로 형성되는 RFT 보강재.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 보강재와 같은 길이를 가지는 관형 부재로부터 절단되고, 상기 원주 부재 중 하나 이상은 절단되는 관형 부재 상의 장소에 근접한 증가된 폭을 가지는 RFT 보강재.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 보강재와 동일한 길이를 가지는 관형 부재로부터 절단되고, 상기 관형 부재는 절단되는 관형 부재 상의 위치에 인접한 둘 이상의 원주 부재를 가지는 RFT 보강재.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 횡단 또는 원주 부재 중 하나 이상은 다른 부재에 비해 증가된 두께를 가지는 RFT 보강재.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 증가된 두께는 선택적으로 감겨진 증가된 필라멘트 층을 가지는 것으로부터 형성되는 RFT 보강재.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 증가된 두께는 다른 횡단 또는 원주 부재에 대해 서로 다른 두께가 사용되는 것에 의해 형성되는 RFT 보강재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 원통형으로 형성된 하나 이상의 코팅된 필라멘트를 포함하는 RFT 보강재.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 필라멘트는 맨드릴 상에 감겨지기 이전에 코팅되는 RFT 보강재.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 필라멘트는 맨드릴 상에 감겨진 이후에 코팅되는 RFT 보강재.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 종방향 필라멘트 부재를 추가로 포함하는 RFT 보강재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 막과 함께 성형된 필라멘트를 포함하는 RFT 보강재
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 접선방향의 성형 공정으로부터 형성되는 RFT 보강재
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 보강재의 표면으로부터 연장하는 탭을 포함하는 RFT 보강재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 보강재의 축선이 중력에 대해 실질적으로 수직일 때, 약 2m 높이로부터 경질 표면으로 떨어뜨렸을 때, 약 10% 이하로 변형되기에 충분한 강성을 가지는 RFT 보강재.
- 무공압 주행 타이어(RFT) 지지부에 있어서,a) 외주와 내주를 가지고, 타이어가 표면 상에서 구를 때 수축한 타이어를지지하기 위해 휠 림에 장착되기에 적합한 성형된 부분과,b) 적어도 부분적으로 상기 성형된 부분내에 성형된, 제 1 항의 하나 이상의 RFT 보강재를 포함하는 RFT 지지부.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 타이어의 내면과 상기 림의 외부 경계부 사이에 상기 RFT 지지부가 배치되는 상태로 림 상에 장착된 타이어를 추가로 포함하는 RFT 지지부.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 상기 RFT 지지부의 하나 이상의 특성을 나타내는, 상기 성형된 부분에 결합된 착색 인디케이터를 추가로 포함하는 RFT 지지부.
- 제 20 항에 있어서, 상기 착색 인디케이터는 상기 RFT 지지부의 하나 이상의 동작 특성을 표시하기에 적합한 RFT 지지부.
- 휠 조립체에 있어서,a) 타이어와,b) 림과,c) 제 18 항의 RFT 지지부를 포함하고,상기 RFT 지지부는 상기 타이어의 내면과, 상기 림의 외부 경계부 사이에 적어도 부분적으로 배치되기에 적합한 휠 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 접선방향의 성형 공정을 사용하여 형성되는 RFT 보강재.
- 무공압 주행 타이어(RFT) 지지부의 제조 방법에 있어서,a) 제 1 항의 하나 이상의 RFT 보강재를 RFT 지지부 몰드의 일부내로 배치하는 것과,c) 성형이능한 엘라스토머 또는 엘라스토머 형성 재료를 상기 몰드내로 주입하는 것과,d) 상기 성형이능한 재료를 상기 보강재의 적어도 일부를 통해 유동시키는 것과,e) 상기 성형이능한 재료가 적어도 부분적으로 응고되어 RFT 지지부를 형성할 수 있게 하는 것을 포함하는 RFT 지지부의 제조 방법.
- 제 24 항에 있어서, 상기 RFT 지지부와 함께 장착되는 휠 림을 제공하는 것을 추가로 포함하는 RFT 지지부의 제조 방법.
- 제 24 항에 있어서, 상기 RFT 보강재는 상기 보강재의 축선이 중력에 대해 실질적으로 수직일 때, 약 2m 높이로부터 경질 표면으로 떨어뜨렸을 때, 약 10% 이하로 변형되기에 충분한 강성을 가지는 RFT 지지부의 제조 방법.
- 무공압 주행 타이어(RFT) 보강재의 제조 방법에 있어서,a) 맨드릴 둘레에 하나 이상의 필라멘트를 형성하는 것과,b) 상기 하나 이상의 필라멘트의 적어도 일부를 상기 필라멘트의 다른 부분에 결합시켜 관형 부재를 형성하는 것과,c) 선택적으로, 상기 관형 부재를 원통형 섹션으로 절단하고, 그에 의해서 하나의 유효 층을 가지는 하나 이상의 단일 RFT 보강재를 형성하는 것을 포함하는 RFT 보강재의 제조 방법.
- 제 27 항에 있어서, 제 1 횡단 각도, 제 2 횡단 각도 및 제 3 원주 각도로 상기 필라멘트를 감는 것을 포함하는 RFT 보강재의 제조 방법.
- 제 27 항에 있어서, 상기 필라멘트를 형성하는 것은 상기 맨드릴 둘레에 하나 이상의 횡단 부재를 감는 것을 포함하는 RFT 보강재의 제조 방법.
- 제 29 항에 있어서, 상기 필라멘트를 형성하는 것은 상기 맨드릴 둘레에 하나 이상의 원주 부재를 감는 것을 포함하는 RFT 보강재의 제조 방법.
- 제 30 항에 있어서, 동일 필라멘트로부터 상기 횡단 부재와 상기 원주 부재를 감는 것을 추가로 포함하는 RFT 보강재의 제조 방법.
- 제 30 항에 있어서, 상기 필라멘트의 횡단 속도, 상기 맨드릴의 회전 속도 또는 그들 조합물을 변경하여 상이한 각도로 상기 횡단 및 원주 부재를 형성하는 것을 추가로 포함하는 RFT 보강재의 제조 방법.
- 제 30 항에 있어서, 상기 절단될 관형 부재 상의 위치에 인접하게, 증가된 폭의 원주 부재를 감는 것을 추가로 포함하는 RFT 보강재의 제조 방법.
- 제 30 항에 있어서, 상기 절단될 관형 부재 상의 위치에 인접하게, 둘 이상의 원주 부재를 감는 것을 추가로 포함하는 RFT 보강재의 제조 방법.
- 제 27 항에 있어서, 사전선택된 두께의 횡단 또는 원주 부재를 형성하도록 상기 필라멘트의 증가된 층을 선택적으로 감는 것을 추가로 포함하는 RFT 보강재의 제조 방법.
- 제 27 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 필라멘트를 결합하는 것은 상기 필라멘트에 코팅을 적용하는 것을 포함하는 RFT 보강재의 제조 방법.
- 제 27 항에 있어서, 상기 필라멘트는 예비 함침된 필라멘트를 포함하는 RFT 보강재의 제조 방법.
- 제 27 항에 있어서, 상기 필라멘트를 결합하는 것은 에폭시 수지, 모노머, 모노머 혼합물, 폴리우레탄, 스티렌, 폴리에스테르 수지, 페놀 수지, 폴리머, 기타 열경화성 수지, 기타 열가소성 수지 또는 그들 조합물들을 적용하는 것을 포함하는 RFT 보강재의 제조 방법.
- 제 27 항에 있어서, 상기 필라멘트를 결합시키는 것은 중합성 막, 용융 웨브, 스프레이, 침지, 분말 코팅, 접착제 테이프 또는 그들 조합물들을 적용하는 것을 포함하는 RFT 보강재의 제조 방법.
- 제 27 항에 있어서, 상기 필라멘트를 형성하여 이 필라멘트를 결합하는 것은a) 압출기를 통해 상기 하나 이상의 필라멘트를 인발하는 것과,b) 상기 맨드릴 둘레에 상기 필라멘트를 형성하기 이전에 상기 압출기로부터 상기 재료로 코팅을 적용하는 것을 포함하는 RFT 보강재의 제조 방법.
- 제 27 항에 있어서, 상기 보강재를 천공하는 것을 추가로 포함하는 RFT 보강재의 제조 방법.
- 제 27 항에 있어서, 상기 필라멘트를 형성하고, 상기 필라멘트를 결합하는 것은a) 상기 맨드릴 상에 상기 필라멘트의 하나 이상의 층을 롤링하는 것과,b) 상기 필라멘트를 절단하는 것과,c) 상기 맨드릴 상에 중합성 재료의 하나 이상의 층을 롤링하는 것과,d) 상기 중합성 재료를 절단하는 것과,e) 상기 보강 섬유 및 중합성 재료를 접합하여 하나 이상의 RFT 보강재를 형성하는 것을 포함하는 RFT 보강재의 제조 방법.
