Claims (31)
- 무공압 주행 타이어(RFT) 지지부에 있어서,a) 외주와 내주를 가지고, 상기 타이어가 노면 상에서 구를 때 바람빠진 타이어를 지지하기 위해 휠 림에 장착되기에 적합하며, 상기 RFT 지지부의 하나 이상의 속성을 나타내는 착색 인디케이터를 추가로 포함하는 성형된 부분과;b) 상기 성형된 부분 내로 성형된 하나 이상의 RFT 보강재를 포함하는 RFT 지지부.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 착색 인디케이터는 상기 RFT 지지부의 하나 이상의 작동 속성을 나타내기에 적합한 RTF 지지부.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 RFT 보강재는 하나의 유효층을 포함하고, 상기 보강재의 중심 축선(23)이 중력에 수직선상에 있을 때, 약 2m 높이에서 경질 표면으로 떨어져서, 약 20% 이하로 변형되기에 충분한 강도를 갖는 RFT 지지부.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 착색 인디케이터는 성형 이후에, 상기 성형된 부분에 도포되는 RFT 지지부.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 착색 인디케이터는 그라비어 공정(gravure), 롤링, 스피닝, 플로잉, 브러싱, 정전 증착(electrostatic), 침지, 분무, 함침, 분말 코팅, 코팅, 페인팅 또는 이들의 조합에 의해 도포되는 RFT 지지부.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 착색 인디케이터는 상기 성형된 부분의 성형 공정에 추가된 착색제에 의해서 상기 성형된 부분 내에 형성되는 RFT 지지부.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 착색 인디케이터는 반응 사출 성형(RIM) 공정에서 A-컴포넌트 또는 B-컴포넌트나 그 조합에 추가될 수 있는 RFT 지지부.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 착색 인디케이터는 성형 공정에서 컴포넌트들과 반응하는 RFT 지지부.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 착색 인디케이터는 염료인 RFT 지지부.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 착색 인디케이터는 상기 성형된 부분의 하나 이상의 표면을 가로질러 균일한 RFT 지지부.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 착색 인디케이터는 하나 이상의 표시로 형성되고, 상기 성형된 부분의 중심 축선(17)에 대해 수직, 평행 또는 일정 각도로 존재하는 RFT 지지부.

- 무공압 주행 타이어(RFT) 지지부에 있어서,외주와 내주를 구비하며, 상기 타이어가 노면 상에서 구를 때 바람빠진 타이어를 지지하기 위해 휠 림에 장착되기에 적합한 성형된 부분을 포함하고,상기 성형된 부분은 상기 RFT 지지부의 하나 이상의 속성을 나타내는 착색 인디케이터를 갖는 RFT 지지부.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 착색 인디케이터는 성형 이후에 상기 성형된 부분에 도포되는 RFT 지지부.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 착색 인디케이터는 성형된 부분의 성형 공정에 추가된 착색제에 의해서 상기 성형된 부분에 형성되는 RFT 지지부.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 착색 인디케이터는 반응 사출 성형(RIM) 공정에서 A-컴포넌트 또는 B-컴포넌트나 그 조합에 추가됨으로써 형성되는 RFT 지지부.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 착색 인디케이터는 성형된 부분의 하나 이상의 표면을 가로질러 균일한 RFT 지지부.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 착색 인디케이터는 하나 이상의 표시로 형성되고, 상기 성형된 부분의 중심 축선(17)에 대해 수직, 평행 또는 일정 각도로 존재하는 RFT 지지부.
- 무공압 주행 타이어(RFT) 지지부의 제조방법에 있어서,a) RFT 지지부를 형성하기 위하여, RFT 지지부 몰드 내로 성형가능한 재료를 유동시키는 것과,b) 상기 RFT 지지부의 적어도 일부에 사전선택된 착색제를 추가함으로써 상기 RFT 지지부의 하나 이상의 속성을 시각적으로 식별하는 것을 포함하는 RFT 지지부의 제조방법.
- 제 19 항에 있어서,a) 하나의 유효층을 가지면서 단일체인 RFT 보강재를 상기 몰드의 일부 내에 배치하는 것과,b) 상기 RFT 보강재의 적어도 일부를 통해 상기 성형가능한 재료를 유동시키는 것을 추가로 포함하는 RFT 지지부의 제조방법.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 상기 사전선택된 착색제의 추가는 상기 RFT 지지부 몰드 내로 성형가능한 재료를 유동시키는 동안 이루어지는 RFT 지지부의 제조방법.
- 제 21 항에 있어서, 반응 사출 성형(RIM) 공정에서 A-컴포넌트 또는 B-컴포넌트나 그 조합에 상기 사전선택된 착색제를 추가함으로써 착색하는 것을 추가로 포함하는 RFT 지지부의 제조방법.
- 제 22 항에 있어서, 상기 착색은 상기 RFT 지지부의 하나 이상의 부분을 가로질러 균일한 RFT 지지부의 제조방법.
- 제 22 항에 있어서, 상기 착색은 상기 성형된 부분의 중심 축선(17)에 대해 수직, 평행 또는 일정 각도로 존재하는 하나 이상의 표시를 형성하는 것을 포함하는 RFT 지지부의 제조방법.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 상기 RFT 지지부가 성형된 이후에 착색하는 것을 추가로 포함하는 RFT 지지부의 제조방법.
- 제 25 항에 있어서, 상기 착색은 상기 RFT 지지부의 중심 축선(17)에 대해 수직, 평행 또는 일정 각도로 존재하는 하나 이상의 표시를 형성하는 것을 포함하는 RFT 지지부의 제조방법.
- 휠 림 상에 무공압 주행 타이어(RFT) 지지부를 설치하는 방법에 있어서,a) 휠 림을 선택하는 것과,b) 상기 RFT 지지부 상에 형성된 착색 인디케이터에 기초하여 상기 휠 림에 적합한 RFT 지지부를 선택하는 것을 포함하고,상기 착색 인디케이터는 상기 RFT 지지부의 하나 이상의 속성을 나타내는 RFT 지지부 설치 방법.
- 제 27 항에 있어서, 상기 RFT 지지부는 하나 이상의 RFT 보강재를 포함하고,상기 RFT 보강재는 하나의 유효층을 포함하며, 상기 보강재의 중심 축선(23)이 중력에 수직선상에 있을 때, 약 2m 높이에서 경질 표면으로 떨어져서, 약 20% 이하로 변형되기에 충분한 강도를 갖는 RFT 지지부 설치 방법.
