Abstract
Description
Claims (3)
- 패턴 배선층과 유전 절연층이 다층으로 형성되어 이루어지는 베이스 기판부와,상기 베이스 기판부의 최상층이 평탄화됨으로써 빌드 업 형성면이 형성되고, 이 빌드 업 형성면상에 절연층을 통해서 인덕터 소자가 형성되어 이루어지는 고주파 소자부를 구비하고,상기 베이스 기판부의 상기 패턴 배선층이 형성되어 있지 않은 영역이, 적어도 상기 베이스 기판부의 최상층으로부터 두께 방향의 중도부에 걸쳐 설치되어 있고, 이 영역의 바로 위에 위치하는 고주파 소자부에 상기 인덕터 소자가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고주파 모듈 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 패턴 배선층이 형성되어 있지 않은 영역은 상기 베이스 기판부를 두께 방향으로 관통하여 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고주파 모듈 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 인덕터 소자는 후막 기술에 의해 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고주파 모듈 장치.
