Claims (17)
- 열수축성 폴리에스테르 기재 필름의 적어도 일면에, 카르복실기 말단을 가지고 유리전이온도가 70 내지 80℃인 공중합 폴리에스테르를 함유하는 도포층이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 공중합 폴리에스테르가,디카르복실산 성분으로서 테레프탈산 또는 그 에스테르화물, 이소프탈산 또는 그 에스테르화물, 2,6-나프탈렌디카르복실산 또는 그 에스테르화물, 세바스산, 아디프산, 5-나트륨설포이소프탈산, 트리메리트산, 옥살산, 말론산, 숙신산, 글루타르산, 피메르산, 아젤라인산 및 피로메리트산으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상 및,디올 성분으로서 에틸렌 글리콜, 1,3-프로판디올, 디에틸렌글리콜, 헥산디올, 2,2-(4-옥시페놀)프로판 유도체의 디올, 크실렌글리콜, 트리에틸렌글리콜, 폴리테트라메틸렌글리콜, 2,2′-옥시비스(에탄올) 및 2,2-디메틸-1,3-프로판디올로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상을 공중합시켜 얻어지는 것임을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 도포층의 건조 후 도포량이 0.01 내지 0.1g/㎡인 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 도포층이 상기 공중합 폴리에스테르를 기준으로 0.1 내지 0.5중량%의 무기활제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 무기활제가 실리카, 알루미나, 이산화티탄, 탄산칼슘 및 황산바륨으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 폴리에스테르 기재 필름이 트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트 반복단위를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,에틸렌테레프탈레이트 반복단위 및 2,2-디메틸(-1,3-프로필렌) 테레프탈레이트 반복단위를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,트리메틸렌 테레프탈레이트 반복단위의 함량이 5 내지 25몰%, 에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 반복단위의 함량이 45 내지 90몰%, 2,2-디메틸(-1,3-프로필렌) 테레프탈레이트 반복단위의 함량이 5 내지 30몰% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서,폴리트리메틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 및 2,2-디메틸(-1,3-프로판)디올 공중합 폴리에스테르를 블렌딩하여 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 폴리트리메틸렌 테레프탈레이트의 극한점도가 0.7 내지 0.95 이고, 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트의 극한점도가 0.5 내지 0.65 인 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 2,2-디메틸(-1,3-프로판)디올 공중합 폴리에스테르는 디카르복실산 성분으로서 테레프탈산 또는 디메틸테레프탈레이트와 디올성분으로서 에틸렌글리콜 및 2,2-디메틸(-1,3-프로판)디올을 공중합시켜 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 2,2-디메틸(-1,3-프로판)디올 공중합 폴리에스테르의 극한점도가 0.5 내지 0.7인 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 2,2-디메틸(-1,3-프로판)디올 공중합 폴리에스테르는 에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 반복단위 75 내지 85몰% 및 2,2-디메틸(-1,3-프로필렌) 테레프탈레이트 반복단위 15 내지 25몰%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트 반복단위가 디카르복실산으로서 테레프탈산 또는 디메틸테레프탈레이트와 디올로서 프로판디올의 반응 생성물로부터 유래한 것임을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 필름.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 반응물이 디카르복실산 성분으로서 디메틸이소프탈레이트 및 디메틸-2,6-나프탈렌디카르복실레이트를 더 포함하며, 디올 성분으로서 2,2-디메틸(-1,3-프로판)디올 및 에틸렌글리콜을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,상기 디카르복실산 성분은 디메틸이소프탈레이트 20몰% 이하, 디메틸-2,6-나프탈렌디카르복실레이트 10몰% 이하, 디메틸테레프탈레이트 70 내지 100몰%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제 15 항 또는 제 16 항에 있어서,상기 디올 성분은 2,2-디메틸(-1,3-프로판)디올 5 내지 20몰%, 프로판디올 5 내지 20몰% 및 에틸렌글리콜 60 내지 90몰%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 폴리에스테르 필름.
