Claims (8)
- 디카복실산 및 글리콜을 주성분으로 포함하는 폴리에스테르계 필름에 있어서, 100℃ 온수에서 10초간 유지한 후 필름의 주수축 방향인 길이 방향의 수축률이 15% 이상이고, 상기 길이 방향의 인장 강도가 7 kgf/mm2 이상이며, 상기 주수축 방향에 대한 경화점에서의 신장률(%)과 항복점에서의 신장률(%)의 차이가 15% 이상이며, 길이방향으로 1.2 내지 7배의 총연신비로 연신된 것을 특징으로 하는, 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름이에틸렌테레프탈레이트 반복 단위 60 내지 97 몰%; 및테레프탈산, 나프탈렌디카복실산 또는 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 산 성분 및 탄소수 3 이상의 분지형 알킬렌 글리콜 성분으로부터 유도된 반복 단위 3 내지 40 몰%를 포함하는 폴리에스테르 수지로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는, 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 폴리에스테르 수지가, 테레프탈산, 나프탈렌디카복실산 또는 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 산 성분 및 탄소수 3 이상의 선형 알킬렌 글리콜 성분으로부터 유도된 반복 단위 20몰% 이하를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 분지형 알킬렌 글리콜 성분이 1,2-옥탄디올, 1,3-옥탄디올, 2,3-부탄디올, 1,3-부탄디올, 2,2-디메틸-1,3-프로판디올, 2-부틸-2-에틸-1,3-프로판디올, 2,2-디에틸-1,5-펜탄디올, 2,4-디에틸-1,5-펜탄디올, 3-메틸-1,5-펜탄디올 및 1,1-디메틸-1,5-펜탄디올로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 글리콜인 것을 특징으로 하는, 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 선형 알킬렌 글리콜 성분이 1,3-프로판디올, 1,4-부탄디올 및 1,5-펜탄디올로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 글리콜인 것을 특징으로 하는, 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름.
- 디카복실산 및 글리콜을 주성분으로 포함하는 폴리에스테르계 필름 형성용 조성물을 200 내지 300℃의 온도로 용융 혼합하고 압출 성형하여 용융 시트를 제조하는 단계; 상기 용융 시트를 냉각 및 고화시켜 냉각 고화된 폴리에스테르 미연신 시트를 제조하는 단계; 및 상기 미연신 시트를 시트의 길이 방향에 대해 1.2 내지 7배의 총연신비로 연신하는 단계를 포함하는, 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 연신 단계에서, 상기 미연신 시트를 시트의 길이 방향에 대해 1.5 내지 5배의 총연신비로 연신하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름을 포함하는 포장재.
