Claims (14)
- 2.5 미만의 L/D 비를 가지며 혼합되지 않는 영역을 최소화시키는 반응기에서 배치식으로 반응을 수행하고, 배치 반응기는 입구 앞쪽에 연속적으로 작동되는 셀룰로오스 분쇄 장치가 위치하고, 출구 뒤쪽에 중력의 작용에 의해 운반되는 생성물을 분쇄 및 건조하기 위한 연속적으로 운행하는 설비가 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 수산화 알칼리 금속과 셀룰로오스의 반응 및 후속하는 할로겐화 알킬 및 히드록시알킬화제와의 반응에 의해 메틸히드록시알킬셀룰로오스 (MHAC)를 공업적 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응기가 양 말단에 탑재된 하나 이상의 수평 샤프트를 갖는 혼합 장치를 갖는 기계적인 혼합기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 샤프트가 양 말단에서 작동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응기가 서로 바로 반대쪽에 위치하고 다른 회전 속도, 회전 방향 및 구조로 독립적으로 작동할 수 있는 2개의 별도의 샤프트를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,·원통형 구조,·완전히 충전되고 비워질 수 있도록 배열된 입구 및 출구 밸브,·케이크 생성물을 반응기의 끝 면에서 긁어낼 수 있는 샤프트 구조, 및·샤프트가 장착된 혼합기의 구조에 맞추어진 초퍼 수와 초퍼 배열을 갖는 반응기를 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 최소 무용 부피 분율 VU/VT가 0.007 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- L/D 비가 2.5 미만인 반응기를 포함하는 장치를 특징으로 하는, 수산화 알칼리 금속과 셀룰로오스의 반응 및 후속하는 할로겐화 알킬 및 히드록시알킬화제와의 반응에 의해 MHAC를 공업적으로 제조하기 위한 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 반응기가 양 말단에 탑재된 하나 이상의 수평 샤프트를 갖는 혼합 장치를 갖는 기계적인 혼합기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 샤프트가 양 말단에서 작동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제7항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응기가 서로 바로 반대쪽에 위치하고 다른 회전 속도, 회전 방향 및 구조로 독립적으로 작동할 수 있는 2개의 별도의 샤프트를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제7항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,·원통형 구조,·완전히 충전되고 비워질 수 있도록 배열된 입구 및 출구 밸브,·케이크 생성물을 반응기의 끝 면에서 긁어낼 수 있는 샤프트 구조, 및·샤프트가 장착된 혼합기의 구조에 맞추어진 초퍼 수와 초퍼 배열을 갖는 반응기를 특징으로 하는 장치.

- 메틸히드록시알킬셀룰로오스를 용해시켜 10 NTU 미만의 상대적인 혼탁도를갖는 투명한 용액을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 수득가능한 메틸히드록시알킬셀룰로오스.
