Claims (21)
- 평균입자지름이 500nm이하의 그라파이트 입자로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화물 원료.
- 카본블랙을 흑연화 하여 얻어진 그라파이트 입자로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화물 원료.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,그라파이트 입자가 금속, 붕소 및 규소에서 선택되는 최소한 1종 이상의 원소를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화물 원료.
- 제 3항에 있어서,카본블랙과, 금속, 붕소 및 규소에서 선택되는 최소한 1종 이상의 원소의 단체 또는 이 원소를 함유하는 화합물을 가열하여 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화물 원료.
- 제 3항에 있어서,카본블랙과, 금속, 붕소 및 규소에서 선택되는 최소한 1종 이상의 원소의 단체를 가열하여 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화물 원료.
- 카본블랙과, 금속, 붕소 및 규소에서 선택되는 최소한 1종 이상의 원소의 아르코레이트를 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속, 붕소 및 규소에서 선택되는 최소한 1종 이상의 원소를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 그라파이트 입자의 제조방법.
- 카본블랙과, 금속, 붕소 및 규소에서 선택되는 최소한 1종 이상의 원소의 산화물과, 이 산화물과, 이 산화물을 환원하는 금속을 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속, 붕소 및 규소에서 선택되는 최소한 1종 이상의 원소를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 그라파이트 입자의 제조방법.
- 카본블랙과, 금속, 붕소 및 규소에서 선택되는 최소한 1종 이상의 원소의 단체 또는 이 원소를 함유하는 화합물을 가열하여 얻어진 그라파이트 입자를 다시 산화처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 그라파이트 입자의 제조방법.
- 내화골재 및 제1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항의 내화물 원료로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화물 원료조성물.
- 내화골재 100중량부 및 제 1항 내지 제 5항의 내화물 원료로 0.1~10중량부로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화물 원료 조성물.
- 카본블랙 및 카본블랙을 흑연화 하여 이루어지는 그라파이트입자에서 선택되는 DBP흡수량 (x)이 80ml/100g이상의 탄소질 입자(A), 카본블랙 및 카본블랙을 흑연화 하여 이루어지는 그라파이트 입자에서 선택되는 DBP흡수량(x)이 80ml/100g미만의 탄소질 입자(B) 및 내화골재로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화물 원료 조성물.
- 제 11항에 있어서,내화골재 100중량부에 대한 탄소질 입자(A)와 탄소질 입자(B)의 합계 중량이 0.1~10중량부이며 또한 탄소질 입자(A)와 탄소질 입자(B)의 중량비율(A/B)이 1/99~99/1인 것을 특징으로 하는 내화물 원료 조성물.
- 제 11항 또는 제 12항에 있어서,탄소질 입자(A)의 평균 1차 입자지름이 10~50nm이며, 탄소질 입자(B)의 평균 1차 입자지름이 50~500nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 내화물 원료 조성물.
- 제 11항 내지 제 13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,탄소질 입자(A)의 DBP흡수량(x)과, 탄소질 입자(A)의 압축시료의 DBP흡수량(y)의 비(x/y)가 1.15이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 내화물 원료 조성물.
- 제 11항 내지 제 14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,탄소질 입자(A) 및 탄소질 입자(B)의 최소한 한쪽이 카본블랙을 흑연화하여 이루어지는 그라파이트 입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 내화물 원료 조성물.
- 제 11항 내지 제 14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,탄소질 입자(A) 및 탄소질 입자(B)중 어느 하나가 카본블랙을 흑연화 하여 이루어지는 그라파이트 입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 내화물 원료 조성물.
- 제 11항 내지 제 16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,탄소질 입자(A) 및 탄소질 입자(B)의 최소한 한쪽이 카본블랙을 흑연화하여 이루어지는 그라파이트 입자이며, 이 그라파이트 입자는 금속, 붕소 및 규소에서 선택되는 최소한 1종 이상의 원소를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화물 원료 조성물.
- 제 11항 내지 제 16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,탄소질 입자(A) 및 탄소질 입자(B)의 어느 하나가 카본블랙을 흑연화하여 이루어지는 그라파이트 입자이며, 이 그라파이트 입자는 금속, 붕소 및 규소에서 선택되는 최소한 1종 이상의 원소를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화물 원료 조성물.
- 내화골재가 마그네시아로 이루어지는 청구항 9 내지 제 18항에 기재한 것임을 특징으로 하는 내화물 원료 조성물.
- 제 11항 내지 제 19항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,탄소질 입자(A)를 유기바인더 안에 미리 분산시키고 나서 다른 원료와 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화물 원료 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 9항 내지 제 20항에 기재한 내화물 원료 조성물을 성형하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화물.
