Abstract

"MATERIA PRIMA REFRATáRIA, PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DA MESMA E REFRATáRIOS EMPREGANDO A MESMA". Refratários obtidos pela moldagem de uma composição de matéria prima refratária contendo um matéria prima refratária incluindo grão de grafite que tem um tamanho médio de grão de 500 nm ou menos ou um matéria prima refratária que inclui grãos de grafite obtidos pela grafitização de negro de carbono e uma carga refratária. Ou refratários contendo grãos carbonáceos (A) selecionados de negro de carbono ou grãos de grafite obtidos pela grafitização de negro de carbono e tendo uma absorção de DBP (x) de 80 ml/100 g ou mais, grãos carbonáceos (B) selecionados do negro de carbono e grãos de grafite obtidos por grafitização de negro de carbono e tendo uma absorção de DBP (x) inferior a 80 ml/100 g, e uma carga refratária. São assim propostos refratários de excelente resistência a corrosão, resistência a oxidação e resistência a choque térmico, especialmente refratários contendo carbono com um teor baixo de carbono.
