Claims (6)
- 기재의 표면에 TiAlN계의 경질피막을 형성한 절삭공구에 있어서,상기 경질피막의 두께가 1∼5㎛임과 아울러, 상기 경질피막에 존재하는 막두께 이상의 크기를 가진 조대입자가 5면적% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭공구.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 경질피막은, 그 표면 거칠기(Ra)가 0.1㎛이하 및 표면 거칠기(Rz)가 1㎛이하인 조건 중, 적어도 일측의 조건을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭공구.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 기재는, 초경합금, 서멧, 세라믹 및 고속도강 등의 경질재료로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭공구.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 경질피막은, 아크 이온식 물리증착에 의해서 형성된 증착막인 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭공구.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 4 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 절삭공구가, 홀더에 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 홀더를 구비한 공구.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 홀더를 구비한 공구는, 밀링용 또는 홈파기 가공용인 것을 특징으로 하는 홀더를 구비한 공구.
