Claims (8)
- 다중음이온 및 양이온성 3,4-폴리알킬렌디옥시티오펜을 포함하며, 분산액 입자의 90% 이상이 50 nm 미만임을 특징으로 하는 분산액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 입자의 90% 이상이 40 nm 미만인 분산액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분산액으로부터 생성된 코팅물의 비저항이 5000 Ωcm를 초과함을 특징으로 하는 분산액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 3,4-폴리알킬렌디옥시티오펜이 하기 화학식 1의 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 분산액.<화학식 1>식중에서,n은 3 내지 100, 바람직하게는 4 내지 15의 정수이고,X는 -(CH2)x-CR1R2-(CH2)y이며,여기서, R1및 R2는 서로 독립적으로 H, 임의로 치환되는 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬 라디칼, 탄소수 6 내지 14의 아릴 라디칼 또는 -CH2-OR3(식중, R3는 H, 알킬 또는 -CH2-CH2-CH2-SO3H임)이고,x 및 y는 각각 서로 독립적으로 0 내지 9의 정수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 3,4-폴리에틸렌디옥시티오펜/폴리스티렌 술포네이트 분산액임을 특징으로 하는 분산액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 양이온성 3,4-폴리알킬렌디옥시티오펜 대 다중음이온의 비율이 1:8 내지 1:25임을 특징으로 하는 분산액.
- 정공 주입층이 제1항의 분산액으로부터 제조됨을 특징으로 하는, 정공 주입층을 함유하는 전자발광 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 폴리플루오렌 및(또는) 폴리-파라-페닐렌비닐렌이 발광층으로서 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 전자발광 장치.
