Claims (35)
- (a) 아연 옥사이드;(b) 실리카;(c) 알루미나; 및(d) 니켈로 이루어진, 크래킹 가솔린 및 디젤 연료로부터 황의 제거에 적당한 흡착제 조성물(여기에서, 니켈은 실질적인 환원 원자가 상태로 탈황 조건하에서 니켈을 함유하는 흡착제 조성물과 접촉하는 크래킹-가솔린 또는 디젤 연료의 스트림으로부터 황의 제거를 시행하는 양으로 존재한다).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 니켈이 약 5 내지 약 50 중량% 범위의 양으로 존재하는 흡착제 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 아연 옥사이드가 약 10 내지 약 90 중량% 범위의 양으로 존재하는 흡착제 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 실리카가 약 5 내지 약 85 중량% 범위의 양으로 존재하는 흡착제 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 알루미나가 약 5 내지 약 30 중량% 범위의 양으로 존재하는 흡착제 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 아연 옥사이드가 약 45 내지 약 60 중량% 범위의 양으로 존재하고, 실리카가 약 15 내지 60 중량% 범위의 양으로 존재하며, 알루미나가 5.0 내지 약 15 중량%의 양으로 존재하며, 니켈이 약 15 내지 약 40 중량% 범위의 양으로 존재하는 흡착제 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 아연 옥사이드가 약 38 중량%의 양으로 존재하고, 실리카가 약 31 중량%의 양으로 존재하며, 알루미나가 약 8 중량%의 양으로 존재하며, 니켈이 약 30 중량%의 양으로 존재하는 흡착제 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 아연 옥사이드가 약 41 중량%의 양으로 존재하고, 실리카가 약 32 중량%의 양으로 존재하며, 알루미나가 약 8 중량%의 양으로 존재하며, 니켈이 약 19 중량%의 양으로 존재하는 흡착제 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 조성물이 과립, 압출물, 정제, 구체, 펠렛 또는 마이크로 스피어 중 한 형태의 미립자인 흡착제 조성물.
- (a) 아연 옥사이드, 실리카 및 알루미나를 혼합하여 이들의 혼합물을 형성하고;(b) 생성 혼합물을 입자화시켜 이의 입자를 형성하며;(c) 단계 (b)의 미립자를 건조시키며;(d) 단계 (c)의 건조 미립자를 소성시키며;(e) 단계 (d)의 생성 소성 미립자를 니켈 또는 니켈-함유 화합물로 함침시키며;(f) 단계 (e)의 함침 미립자를 건조시키며;(g) 단계 (f)의 건조 미립자를 소성시킨 다음;(h) 단계 (g)의 생성 소성 미립자를 적당한 환원제로 적당한 조건하에서 환원시켜 제 1 항에 따른 조성물(여기에서, 조성물은 실질적인 0 원자가의 니켈 일정 함량을 가진다)을 생성하는 단계를 포함하는, 크래킹-가솔린 또는 디젤 연료 스트림으로부터 황의 제거에 적당한 흡착제 조성물의 생성방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 혼합물이 웨트 혼합물, 도우, 페이스트 또는 슬러리 중 한 형태인 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 입자가 과립, 압출물, 정제, 구체, 펠렛 또는 마이크로스피어 중 한 형태인 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 아연 옥사이드가 약 10 내지 약 90 중량% 범위의 양으로 존재하고, 실리카가 약 5 내지 약 85 중량% 범위의 양으로 존재하며, 알루미나가약 5 내지 약 30 중량% 범위의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 미립자가 약 5 내지 약 50 중량% 범위 양의 니켈 함량을 제공하기 위한 양의 니켈 또는 니켈 화합물로 함침되는 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 미립자가 단계 (c) 및 (f)에서 약 65.5℃ 내지 약 177℃(약 150℉ 내지 약 350℉) 범위의 온도에서 건조되는 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 건조 미립자가 단계 (d) 및 (g)에서 약 204℃ 내지 약 815.5℃(약 400℉ 내지 약 1500℉) 범위의 온도에서 소성되는 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 아연 옥사이드가 약 45 내지 60 중량% 범위의 양으로 존재하고, 실리카가 약 15 내지 60 중량% 범위의 양으로 존재하며, 알루미나가 약 5.0 내지 약 15 중량% 범위의 양으로 존재하며, 니켈이 약 15 내지 약 40 중량% 범위의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 소성 함침 미립자 혼합물이 환원 지역에서 환원제로 니켈 일정 함량의 원자가의 실질적인 환원을 시행하기에 적당한 조건하에서 환원되어 생성 조성물이 탈황 조건하에서 처리되면 크래킹-가솔린 또는 디젤 연료로부터 황의 제거를 시행하도록 하는 환원 원자가의 니켈 금속 일정량을 제공하는 방법.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 환원 원자가의 니켈이 흡착제 조성물의 전체 중량을 기준으로, 약 5 내지 약 40 중량% 범위의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 니켈의 환원이 약 37.7℃ 내지 약 815.5℃(약 100℉ 내지 약 1500℉) 범위의 온도 및 약 2.0 내지 약 200 Pa(약 15 내지 약 1500 psia) 범위의 압력에서 목적하는 환원 원자가의 니켈 성분의 형성을 허용하기에 충분한 시간동안 수행되는 방법.
- (a) 스트림과 제 1 항 내지 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 흡착제 조성물, 또는 제 10 항 내지 20 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법으로 생성된 흡착제 조성물을 접촉시켜, 크래킹-가솔린 또는 디젤 연료의 탈황 유체 스트림과 황화 흡착제를 형성하고;(b) 생성 탈황 유체 스트림을 황화 흡착제로부터 분리하며;(c) 분리된 황화 흡착제의 적어도 일부를 재생 지역에서 재생시켜 흡착된 황의 적어도 일부를 제거하며;(d) 생성 탈황 흡착제를 활성화 지역에서 환원시켜 이와 접촉하면 크래킹-가솔린 또는 디젤 연료의 스트림으로부터 황의 제거를 시행할 환원 원자가의 니켈 일정 함량을 제공한 다음;(e) 생성 탈황 환원 흡착제의 적어도 일부를 탈황 지역으로 회귀시키는 단계를 포함하는 크래킹-가솔린 또는 디젤 연료의 스트림으로부터 황의 제거방법.
- 제 21 항에 있어서, 탈황이 약 37.7℃ 내지 약 537.7℃(약 100℉ 내지 약 1000℉) 범위의 온도 및 약 2 내지 약 200 Pa(약 15 내지 약 1500 psia) 범위의 압력에서 스트림으로부터 황의 제거를 시행하기에 충분한 시간 동안 수행되는 방법.
- 제 21 항에 있어서, 재생이 약 37.7℃ 내지 약 815.5℃(약 100℉ 내지 약 1500℉) 범위의 온도 및 약 1.3 내지 약 200 Pa(약 10 내지 약 1500 psia) 범위의 압력에서 황화 흡착제로부터 황의 적어도 일부의 제거를 시행하기에 충분한 시간 동안 수행되는 방법.
- 제 20 항에 있어서, 공기가 재생 지역에서 재생제로서 이용되는 방법.
- 제 21 항에 있어서, 재생 흡착제가 약 37.7℃ 내지 약 815.5℃(약 100℉ 내지 약 1500℉) 범위의 온도 및 약 2.0 내지 약 200 Pa(약 15 내지 약 1500 psia) 범위의 압력에서 흡착제의 니켈 일정 함량의 원자가의 실질적인 환원을 시행하기 위한 시간 동안 유지되는 수소화 지역에서의 수소로의 환원에 가해지는 방법.
- 제 21 항에 있어서, 분리된 황화 흡착제가 재생 지역에 도입되기 전에 스트립핑되는 방법.
- 제 21 항에 있어서, 재생 흡착제가 활성화 지역에 도입되기 전에 스트립핑되는 방법.
- 실질적으로 본원에 설명된 바와 같은 흡착제 조성물.

- 제 10 항 내지 20 항 및 30 항 또는 31 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법으로 생성되는 흡착제 조성물.
- 실질적으로 본원에 설명된 바와 같은 황의 제거방법.
- 실시예 2 또는 4를 참조로 실질적으로 본원에 설명된 바와 같은 황의 제거방법.
- 제 21 항 내지 27 항 및 33 항 또는 34 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법으로 생산되는 크래킹-가솔린 또는 디젤 연료 제품.
