Claims (12)
- 20% 이상의 결정화도를 갖는 폴리프로필렌 중합체, 및상용성이고 무정형이며 유리질인 중합체를 포함하며, 여기서 상기 중합체들은 폴리프로필렌 중합체의 용융 온도를 초과하는 온도로 가열시에는 소정의 화합물 중에 혼화 가능하고, 폴리프로필렌 중합체의 결정화 온도 미만으로 냉각시에는 그 화합물로부터 폴리프로필렌 중합체의 상이 분리되는 미세다공성 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내천공성 (puncture resistance)이 350 g/25 ㎛ 이상인 미세다공성 재료.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상용성이고 무정형이며 유리질인 중합체가 80℃를 초과하는 Tg의 에틸렌 노르보르넨 공중합체이며, 미세다공성 재료의 0 초과 내지 30 중량%를 차지하는 것인 미세다공성 재료.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항의 미세다공성 재료를 포함하는 전지 세퍼레이터 (separator).
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다공도가 약 30 내지 70 %이고,거얼리 수 (Gurley number)가 64.5 ㎟ 당 600초 미만인 미세다공성 재료.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 및 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 2개의 층을 포함하는 쉬이트 물질인 미세다공성 재료.
- 제6항에 있어서, 2개 층의 조성이 상이한 것인 미세다공성 재료.
- 2개의 외층이 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항의 미세다공성 재료를 포함하는 3층 필름.
- (a) 20% 이상의 결정화도를 갖는 폴리프로필렌 중합체 약 15 내지 80 중량부, 상용성이고 무정형이며 유리질인 중합체 0 초과 내지 30 중량부, 및 폴리프로필렌 중합체의 용융 온도를 초과하는 온도에서는 폴리프로필렌 중합체 및 유리질 중합체와 혼화 가능한 소정의 화합물을 혼합물의 총 함량을 기준으로 약 20 내지 85 중량부를 포함하는 혼합물을 용융 블렌딩하여 형성하는 단계,(b) 용융 블렌딩된 물질을 성형하는 단계,(c) 폴리프로필렌 중합체의 결정화를 통해 상기 화합물과 중합체들 사이에 상 분리가 일어나는 온도로 성형물을 냉각시켜 중합체 도메인의 망상구조를 형성하는 단계; 및(d) (1) 상기 물질을 적어도 한 방향으로 배향시킴으로써 결정화된 인접 중합체 도메인들을 서로 분리시켜 그 사이에 서로 연결된 다공성 망상구조를 형성하거나, 또는 (2) 화합물의 적어도 일부를 제거함으로써 다공성을 제공하는 단계를 포함하는 미세다공성 재료의 제조 방법
- 제9항에 있어서, 단계 (d)의 (1)과 (2)를 더 포함하는 방법.
- (a) 폴리프로필렌 중합체 약 15 내지 80 중량부, 상용성이고 무정형이며 유리질인 중합체 0 초과 내지 30 중량부, 및 폴리프로필렌 중합체의 용융 온도를 초과하는 온도에서는 폴리프로필렌 중합체 및 유리질 중합체와 혼화 가능한 소정의 화합물을 혼합물의 총 함량을 기준으로 약 20 내지 85 중량부를 포함하는 혼합물을 용융 블렌딩하여 형성하는 단계,(b) 용융 블렌딩된 물질을 성형하는 단계,(c) 폴리프로필렌 중합체의 결정화를 통해 상기 화합물과 중합체들 사이에 상 분리가 일어나는 온도로 성형물을 냉각시켜 중합체 도메인의 망상구조를 형성하는 단계,(d) 성형물을 한 방향 이상으로 연신시켜 화합물을 포함하는 서로 연결된 영역의 망상구조를 형성하는 단계, 및 그 이후에(e) 화합물을 제거하여 미세다공성 재료를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 미세다공성 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 연신 단계가 9를 초과하는 면적 팽창비를 제공하는 것인 방법.
