Claims (22)
- 알루미나 캐리어와, 상기 알루미나 캐리어를 지지하는 적어도 하나의 VIB족 금속 및/또는 이의 VIB족 산화물과, 적어도 하나의 VIII족 금속 및/또는 이의 VIII족 산화물을 포함하는 수소첨가류 정유용 촉매에 있어서,상기 알루미나 캐리어의 기공부피는 적어도 0.35ml/g 이상이고, 40-100 옹스트롱의 직경을 갖는 기공부피가 전체 기공부피의 80%이상의 비율을 차지하고, 상기 알루미나 캐리어는 하나 또는 둘의 다음 공정에 의해 제조되는데:다음의 제1공정은 :1) 1차 침전반응을 수행하기 위해 pH 6에서 9.5의 범위 및 10℃에서 100℃의 온도범위에서 소디움 메타-알루미네이트(sodium meta-aluminate) 용액 또는 소디움 알루미네이트 용액과 하나 또는 그 이상의 알루미늄 술페이트(aluminium sulfate), 알루미늄 니트레이트(aluminium nitrate), 알루미늄 클로라이드(aluminium chloride), 질산(nitric acid) 및 황산(sulfuric acid) 용액이 접촉시키고;2) pH 9.0에서 10.5의 범위에서 2차 침전반응을 일으키기 위해 1)단계의 결과물과 하나 또는 그 이상의 알칼리 카보네이트(alkali carbonate), 알칼리 비카보네이트(bicarbonate) 및 수용성 암모니아의 혼합액, 암모니움 카보네이트 및 암모니움 비카보네이트가 반응시키고; 및3) 2)단계에서 얻어진 알루미늄 하이드레이트(aluminium hydrate)를에이징(aging) 하고, 용액으로부터 고체를 분리하고 , 상기 얻어진 결과물을 세척, 건조 및 하소하는 것을 포함하고,및다음의 제2공정은1) 침전을 일으키기 위하여 소디움 메타-알루미네이트 또는 소디움 알루미네이트와 카본 디옥사이드를 함유하는 가스를 접촉시키고, 여기서 상기 침전과정의 pH는 6-9.5의 범위로 조절되고, 상기 침전반응의 시간은 40분 이하이고, 상기 침전반응의 온도는 10℃-100℃이며;2) 상기 침전반응이 종결될 때 상기 슬러리의 pH를 9.5이상으로 증가시키거나 용액으로부터 상기 고체를 신속히 분리하기 위하여 기본 물질을 즉시 첨가하며 세척하고; 및3) 2)단계에서 얻어진 상기 알루미늄 하이드레이트를 에이징하고; 용액으로부터 고체를 분리하고 상기 얻어진 고체 결과물을 세척, 건조 및 하소하는 것을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 수소첨가류 정유용 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1공정에서, 상기 소디움 메타-알루미네이트 또는 소디움 알루미네이트용액의 농도는 30-300g 알루미나/l 이고; 상기 알루미늄 설페이트, 알루미늄 니트레이트 및 알루미늄 클로라이드의 농도는 10-120g 알루미나/l 이고; 상기 질산 및 황산의 농도는 5-15wt%인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1공정 상, 상기 1차 침전반응은 6-9의 pH 및 30-90℃의 온도에서 수행되고; 상기 2차 침전의 pH는 9.0-10.5 인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1공정 또는 제2공정에 의해 상기 알루미나 캐리어가 제조될 때, 건조 이전에 성형 단계가 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.

- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 소디움 메타-알루미네이트 또는 소디움 알루미네이트의 농도는 5-120g 알루미나/l 인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2공정에서 사용되는 상기 카본 디옥사이드를 포함하는 가스는 순수한 카본 디옥사이드 가스 또는 반응을 일으키지 않는 불활성 가스 및 카본 디옥사이드의 혼합 가스인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2공정에서 사용되는 상기 카본 디옥사이드를 함유하는 상기 가스의 카본 디옥사이드의 함량은 5v%이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 카본 디옥사이드를 함유하는 가스의 카본 디옥사이드의 함량은 20v%이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2공정에서, 기본 물질이 첨가된 후에 상기 슬러리의 pH가 9.5-11.5로 급속히 증가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2공정에서 사용되는 상기 기본 물질은 무기염, 유기염 및 이들의 수용액으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 또는 그 이상의 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 무기염은 하이드록사이드, 메타-알루미네이트, 알칼리 금속의 카보네이트와 비카보네이트, 암모니움 카보네이트, 수용성 암모니아 및 이들의 수용액으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 또는 그 이상의 물질이고; 상기 유기염은 수용성 아민, 카르브아미드(carbamide), 피리딘 및 이들의 수용액으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 또는 그 이상의 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 유기염은 수용성 지방족 아민, 하이드로카르빌 암모니움 하이드록사이드(hydrocarbyl ammonium hydroxyde), 우레아, 피리딘 및 이들의 수용액으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 또는 그 이상의 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.,
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 유기염은 메틸아민, 에틸아민, 프로필아민, 프로판 디아민, 부틸아민의 아이소머, 펜틸아민의 아이소머, 테트라에틸암모니움 하이드록사이드, 우레아, 피리딘 및 이들의 수용액으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 또는 그 이상의 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 VIB족의 금속 및/또는 이의 산화물은 크롬, 몰리브덴, 텅스텐 및 이들의 산화물로 구성된 군으로부터 하나 또는 그 이상 선택된 물질이고; 상기 VIII족의 금속 및/또는 이의 산화물은 코발트, 니켈 및 이들의 산화물로 구성된 군으로부터 하나 또는 그 이상 선택된 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 VIB족의 금속 및/또는 이의 산화물은 텅스텐 금속 및 이의 산화물이고, 상기 VIII족의 금속 및/또는 이의 산화물은 니켈 및/또는 이의 산화물이고; 촉매내의 VIB족 금속의 양은 12-35wt%이고, 상기 촉매내의 VIII족 금속의 양은 상기 촉매의 총 질량에 기초하고 산소하에서 계산되어 1-5wt%인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매는 또한 촉매의 총 질량에 기초하여 1-9wt%의 플루오르를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, VIB족 및 VIII족의 금속을 포함하는 수용액으로 상기 촉매캐리어를 포화시키는 것을 포함하고, 포화 후에 건조 및 하소하고, 여기서 상기 촉매 캐리어는 제1항에서 언급한 제1공정 및/또는 제2공정에서 제조되는 알루미나 캐리어인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매의 제조공정.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 캐리어를 VIB족 및 VIII족의 금속을 함유하는 수용액으로 포화시키기 전에, 상기 촉매 캐리어는 플루오르를 함유하는 수용액으로 포화되고, 건조 및 하소되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매의 제조공정.
- 제18항 또는 제19항에 있어서, 상기 VIB족 및 VIII족 금속을 함유하는 수용액으로 상기 촉매 캐리어를 포화시킨 후 또는 플루오르를 함유하는 수용액으로 상기 촉매 캐리어를 포화시킨 후에 하소온도는 각각 400℃-600℃이고; 하소시간은 1-8 시간인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매의 제조공정.
- 수소첨가류 정유용 촉매에 적합한 알루미나 캐리어에 있어서,알루미나 캐리어의 기공부피는 0.35ml/g 이상이고, 상기 전체 기공부피의 80% 이상인 40-100옹스트롱의 직경을 갖으며, 상기 알루미나 캐리어는 다음 공정의 하나 또는 둘에 의해 제조되는데,다음의 제1공정은;1) 1차 침전반응을 수행하기 위하여 6-9.5 pH 범위와 10-100℃의 온도 범위에서 소디움 메타-알루미네이트 용액 또는 소디움 알루미네이트 용액과 하나 또는그 이상의 알루미늄 술페이트, 알루미늄 니트레이트, 알루미늄 클로라이드, 질산, 황산 용액을 접촉시키고;2) 2차 침전반응을 수행하기 위하여 상기 1)단계의 결과물과 하나 또는 그 이상의 알칼리 카보네이트, 알칼리 비카보네이트 및 수용성 암모니아의 혼합액, 암모니움 카보네이트 및 암모니움 비카보네이트를 pH 9.0-10.5의 범위 하에서 반응시키고; 및3) 상기 2)단계에서 얻어진 알루미늄 하이드레이트를 에이징, 용액으로부터 고체를 분리 시키고, 상기 얻어진 고체 산물을 세척, 건조 및 하소하는 것을 포함하고,및다음의 제2공정은1) 상기 침전과정의 pH는 6-9.5의 범위로 조절되고, 상기 침전반응의 시간은 40분 이하이고, 상기 침전반응의 온도는 10℃-100℃에서 침전이 일어키기 위하여 소디움 메타-알루미네이트 또는 소디움 알루미네이트 용액과 카본 디옥사이드를 함유하는 가스와 접촉시키고;2) 상기 침전반응이 종결되는 때에 상기 슬러리의 pH를 9.5이상으로 증가시키거나 용액으로부터 상기 고체를 신속히 분리시키기 위해 기본 물질을 즉시 첨가하며 세척하고; 및3) 2)단계에서 얻어진 상기 알루미늄 하이드레이트를 에이징하고; 용액으로부터 고체를 분리하고 상기 얻어진 고체 결과물을 세척, 건조 및 하소하는 것을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 수소첨가류 정유용 촉매에 적합한 알루미나 캐리어.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 알루미나 캐리어의 제조공정.
