Claims (8)
- 투광성 기체와, 투광성 기체상에 직접 또는 다른 층을 개재하여 적층된 결착층을 갖고, 이 결착층에 입자직경 분포가 0.8∼1.0 의 구형상 미립자가 단입자층의 상태로, 결착층의 표면에서 각 구형상 미립자의 일부가 돌출하는 상태로 매입되어 있고, 또한, 이 구형상 미립자의 돌출부의 정점으로부터 투광성 기체 표면까지의 거리가 상기 구형상 미립자의 체적평균 입자직경의 100%∼110% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학시트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 결착층의 두께가 상기 구형상 미립자 체적평균 입자직경의 10∼90% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학시트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 결착층에 이용하는 수지의 유리전이온도가 -65℃∼ -15℃ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학시트.
- 투광성 기체상에 결착층 및 보호층이 순차적으로 적층되고, 구형상 미립자가 단입자층의 상태로, 각 구형상 미립자의 적어도 일부가 결착층에 접촉하도록 보호층에 매입되어 있고, 또한, 각 구형상 미립자의 일부가 보호층 표면으로 돌출하여 볼록부를 형성하든지, 또는 보호층에 의해 덮여진 상태의 볼록부를 형성하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학시트.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 구형상 미립자의 입자직경 분포가 0.8∼1.0 인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학시트.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 볼록부에 있어서의 구형상 미립자의 정점으로부터 투광성 기체 표면까지의 거리가 상기 구형상 미립자의 체적평균 입자직경의 100%∼110% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학시트.
- 투광성 기체상에, 점착성을 갖는 재료로 이루어지는 결착층을 형성하는 공정과, 상기 결착층의 표면에 구형상 미립자를 단입자층의 상태로 부착시키는 공정과, 구형상 미립자가 부착된 결착층의 위에, 상기 구형상 미립자에 의한 볼록부가 표면에 형성되도록 보호층을 형성하는 공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 4 항에 기재된 광학시트의 제조방법.
- 투광성 기체상에, 점착성을 갖는 재료로 이루어지는 결착층을 형성하는 공정과, 상기 결착층상에 보호층을 형성하는 공정과, 상기 보호층상에 구형상 미립자를 부착시켜 단입자층을 형성하는 공정과, 각 구형상 미립자의 적어도 일부가 결착층에 접촉하도록, 또한, 각 구형상 미립자의 일부가 보호층의 표면으로부터 돌출하도록, 가압매체에 의해서 매입되는 공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 4 항에 기재된 광학시트의 제조방법.
