Claims (11)
- (1) 필름의 두께 방향의 단위단면적 1mm2당 2.7kg의 하중을 부하하여 49℃, 90% RH에서 72시간 동안 처리할 경우, 처리 전후의 필름면에서 하중 부하방향과 직교하는 방향의 치수 변화가 0.40% 이하이고,(2) 결정화도가 27 내지 45%이며,(3) 필름면에서 하중 부하방향과 직교하는 방향의 온도 팽창계수(αt)가 -5×10-6내지 +20×106/℃의 범위이고, 필름면에서 하중 부하방향과 직교하는 방향의 습도 팽창계수(αh)가 +5×106내지 +20×106/% RH의 범위이며, (αt+2αh)의 값이 +45×10-6이하이고,(4) 필름면에서 하중 부하방향과 직교하는 방향의 열 수축률이 0 내지 0.7%의 범위이며,(5) 필름 두께가 3 내지 7μm의 범위임을 특징으로 하는, 자기 기록 매체용 2축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 시차주사형 열량계(DSC)로 측정하여 열량이 120 내지 160℃의 온도 범위에서 0.05mJ/mg 이상인 흡열 피크를 갖는 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단층 구조로 이루어지고, 적어도 한쪽의 노출 표면의 중심면 평균 조도(WRa)가 1 내지 10nm이며, 10점 평균 조도(WRz)가 30 내지 250nm인 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 2층 이상의 적층 구조로 이루어지고, 한쪽의 노출 표면의 WRa가 1 내지 10nm이고 WRz가 30 내지 250nm이며, 다른쪽의 노출 표면의 WRa가 5 내지 20nm이고 WRz가 100 내지 300nm인 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하중 부하방향의 영률이 6GPa 이상이고, 하중 부하방향과 직교하는 방향의 영률이 4GPa 이상이며, 이들 직교하는 두 방향의 영률의 합이 10 내지 20GPa인 필름.
- 제5항에 있어서, 하중 부하방향의 영률이 이와 직교하는 방향의 영률보다 큰 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌-2,6-나프탈렌 디카복실레이트를 소재로 하는 필름.
- 제1항에 따르는 2축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름 및 이의 한쪽 표면 위의 자성층으로 이루어진 자기 기록 매체.
- 제8항에 있어서, 2축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름이 단층 구조로 이루어지고, 적어도 한쪽의 노출 표면의 중심면 평균 조도(WRa)가 1 내지 10nm이고 10점 평균 조도(WRz)가 30 내지 250nm이며, 노출 표면 위에 자성층이 존재하는 자기 기록 매체.
- 제8항에 있어서, 2축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름이 2층 이상의 적층 구조로 이루어지고, 한쪽의 노출 표면의 WRa가 1 내지 10nm이고 WRz가 30 내지 250nm이며, 다른쪽의 노출 표면의 WRa가 5 내지 20nm이고 WRz가 100 내지 300nm이며, WRa가 1 내지 10nm이고 WRz가 30 내지 250nm인 노출 표면 위에 자성층이 존재하는 자기 기록 매체.
- 제8항에 있어서, 디지털 기록형 자기 기록 매체인 자기 기록 매체.
