Description
Claims (4)
- 하우징내에서 소정 축선을 중심으로 하여 회전 자유롭게 지지된 터빈과,상기 하우징내에서 상기 터빈의 노즐부에 배치된 복수의 노즐베인과,복수의 레버 플레이트를 통해 상기 복수의 노즐베인에 연결되며 상기 노즐베인을 열림위치와 닫힘위치 사이에서 연속적으로 동기시켜 동작시키기 위하여 상기 하우징내에서 상기 터빈의 회전축선을 중심으로 하여 회전운동이 자유롭도록 설치된 링크 플레이트와,상기 하우징의 외부에 설치되며 전달기구를 통해 상기 링크 플레이트에 연결된 액츄에이터를 구비하며 상기 노즐베인의 열림정도를 조절할 수 있도록 한 가변 터보챠저에 있어서,상기 노즐부가 상기 터빈의 회전축방향으로 서로 이간배치된 마운트 플레이트와 사이드 플레이트에 의해 형성되어 있으며, 상기 마운트 플레이트는 상기 하우징에 대해 고정되고, 상기 사이드 플레이트는 상기 하우징내에 형성된 사이드 플레이트 수납 오목부내에서 축방향으로 이동 가능하게 설치되어 있음과 동시에 상기 사이드 플레이트를 상기 마운트 플레이트측으로 누르는 누름수단과,상기 사이드 플레이트의 상기 마운트 플레이트를 향하는 축방향의 이동동작을 한정하는 한정수단을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 터보챠저.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 누름수단이 상기 사이드 플레이트와 상기 사이드 플레이트 수납 오목부 사이에 형성되는 압력실인 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 터보챠저.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 누름수단이 상기 사이드 플레이트와 상기 사이드 플레이트 수납 오목부 사이에 배치된 스프링 플레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 터보챠저.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 사이드 플레이트는 대략 고리형상의 부재로 형성되어 있고, 상기 사이드 플레이트 수납 오목부는 상기 사이드 플레이트의 외경보다 약간 큰 내경을 갖고, 단면이 상기 터빈의 회전축선을 중심으로 하는 거의 원형상으로 형성되어 있고, 상기 수납 오목부는 그 내주부에 상기 사이드 플레이트를 향해 축방향으로 돌출하는 고리형상 돌기부를 가지며 이루어지고, 상기 스프링 플레이트가 상기 고리형상 돌기부에 끼워맞춰져서 고정되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 터보챠저.
