Claims (22)
- 하기 화학식 (II) 의 화합물의 가수분해 및 탈카르복실화로 이루어진 하기 화학식 (I) 의 화합물의 제조 방법:[화학식 I][식중:기 R1및 R2중 하나는 시클로프로필이고 다른 하나는, 동일 또는 상이할 수 있고, 할로겐, 니트로, 시아노, -(CR4R5)S(O)pR6, -S(O)pR6(여기에서, p 는 0, 1 또는 2 이고, R4및 R5는 독립적으로 수소 또는 C1-4알킬이고, R6은 C1-4알킬이다), C1-6알콕시, C1-4할로알콕시, C1-4알킬, C1-4할로알킬, 1,2,4-트리아졸-1-일 및 -SF5로부터 선택된 2 또는 3 개의 기로 치환된 페닐이다];[화학식 II][식중, R1및 R2는 상기 정의된 바와 같고, R3은 C1-4알킬이다].
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 강산의 존재하에 실행되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 산이 소량으로 존재하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응이 극성 용매에서 실행되는 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 극성 용매가 아세토니트릴인 방법.
- 하기 화학식 (III) 의 화합물과 하기 화학식 (IV) 의 화합물의 아실화로 이루어진, 제 1 항에 따른 화학식 (II) 의 화합물의 제조 방법:[화학식 III][식중, R1및 R3은 제 1 항에 정의된 바와 같다];[화학식 IV]R2C(=O)X[식중, R2는 제 1 항에 정의된 바와 같고, X 는 이탈기를 나타낸다].
- 하기 화학식 (VII) 의 화합물의 탈카르복실화를 통해, 하기 화학식 (V) 의 화합물과 하기 화학식 (VI) 의 화합물을 반응시키는 것으로 이루어진, 제 6 항에 따른 화학식 (III) 의 화합물의 제조 방법:[화학식 V][식중, R1은 제 1 항에 정의된 바와 같고, Y 는 이탈기를 나타낸다];[화학식 VI][식중, R3은 제 1 항에 정의된 바와 같다];[화학식 VII][식중, R1및 R3은 제 1 항에 정의된 바와 같다].
- 제 7 항에 있어서, R1이 시클로프로필인 방법.
- 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서, Y 가 이미다졸-1-일인 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 화학식 (VII) 의 화합물이 강산의 존재하에 탈카르복실화되는 방법.
- 제 6 항 내지 제 10 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화학식 (III) 의 화합물의 금속 엔올레이트 또는 화학식 (VI) 의 화합물의 금속 착물을 이용하여 실행되는 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 금속 엔올레이트 또는 금속 착물이 마그네슘 엔올레이트 또는 마그네슘 착물인 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 마그네슘 알콕시드 염기를 이용하여 실행되는 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 염기의 존재하에 마그네슘 할라이드를 이용하여 실행되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 14 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R1또는 R2기가 하기로부터 선택된 치환된 페닐인 방법:2-S(O)pCH3-4-CF3; 2-S(O)pCH3-3-OCH3-4-F; 2-CH2S(O)pCH3-4-Br; 2-(1,2,4-트리아졸-1-일)-4-CF3; 및 2-NO2-4-S(O)pCH3치환된 페닐.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 15 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R1또는 R2기가 하기로부터 선택된 치환된 페닐인 방법:2-S(O)pCH3-4-CF3; 및 2-S(O)pCH3-3-OCH3-4-F 치환된 페닐.

- 제 18 항에 있어서, 제 6 항의 방법에 사용되는 화학식 (III) 의 화합물이 제 7 항에 따른 방법으로 제조되는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 화학식 (III) 의 화합물이 제 7 항에 따른 방법으로 제조되는 방법.
- 하기 화학식 (II) 의 화합물:[화학식 II][식중, R1및 R2는 제 1 항에 정의된 바와 같고, R3은 C1-3알킬이다].
- 제 1 항, 제 6 항 및 제 7 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 실질적으로 상기 기재된 바와 같은 방법.
