Claims (5)
- 도포액을 공급 또는 정지시키는 2방향밸브에서, 도포액의 공급을 정지시킬 때는 하류쪽에 부압이 발생하도록 하고, 도포액의 공급을 개시할 때는 정압의 발생을 일시적으로 억제할 수 있도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 간헐공급용 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 2방향밸브가, 밸브체를 가진 피스톤과 상기 밸브체에 의해 도포액통로가 폐지되도록 하는 밸브시트 및 상기 피스톤을 이동시키는 이동수단으로 이루어지고서, 상기 밸브체가 상기 피스톤에 길이방향으로 이동할 수 있게 장착된 것을 특징으로 하는 간헐공급용 밸브.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 벨브체를 부착시키기 위한 피스톤의 축이, 이 축이 상기 밸브시트를 사이에 두고 형성된 액체유입측 쳄버내와 액체배출측 쳄버내에 존재하도록 구성되어, 피스톤과 함께 축이 길이방향으로 이동하더라도 각 쳄버내에서의 액량이 변화하지 않도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 간헐공급용 밸브.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 밸브체가 상기 밸브시트에 닿게 되는 밸브부재와 원판으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 간헐공급용 밸브.
- 액체저류조와 송액용 펌프 및 액체토출용 다이가 순차로 송액용 배관에 의해 연결된 간헐도포장치에 있어서, 상기 송액용 펌프와 상기 액체토출용 다이 사이에 상기 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 기재된 간헐공급용 밸브가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 간헐도포장치.
