Claims (5)
- 도포액을 공급 또는 정지시키는 2방향밸브에 있어서, 밸브시트(12)를 사이에 두고 액체의 유입측 저류챔버(11-1, 18-1)와 배출측 저류챔버(11-2, 18-2)를 가진 밸브본체(11, 18)와, 이 밸브본체(11, 18)에 연결되고서 내부에 피스톤(14, 19)이 설치되는 압축공기챔버(13-1, 13-2)를 가진 실린더(13) 및, 상기 피스톤(14, 19)의 축(14-1, 19-1)에 부착된 밸브체(15)를 갖추고서, 도포액의 공급을 정지시키려면, 상기 밸브체(15)를 이동시켜 상기 밸브시트(12)에 닿게 함으로써 액체통로를 폐지하여 상기 액체의 배출측 저류챔버(11-2, 18-2)에 부압이 발생되도록 하고, 도포액의 공급을 개시하려면, 상기 밸브체(15)가 액체에 의해 상기 밸브시트(12)에서 떨어지도록 해서, 공급개시 직후 액체의 압력파형이 특히 변하지 않거나 액체공급이 개시될 때 공급량의 변화가 적어질 수 있도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 간헐공급용 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤(14, 19)과 피스톤축(14-1, 19-1)이, 상기 압축공기챔버(13-1, 13-2)로 공급되는 압축공기의 공급위치가 바뀌어짐으로써 왕복이동할 수 있도록 함과 더불어, 상기 밸브체(15)가 상기 피스톤축(14-1, 19-1)에 그 길이방향으로 이동할 수 있게 장착된 것을 특징으로 하는 간헐공급용 밸브.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 밸브체(15)를 부착하기 위한 피스톤축(19-1)이, 상기 밸브시트(12)를 사이에 두고 형성된 액체의 유입측 저류챔버(18-1) 내와 배출측 저류챔버(18-2) 내를 관통하는 상태로 배치되도록 설치되어, 상기 피스톤(19)과 함께 축(19-1)이 그 길이방향으로 이동하더라도 각 챔버(18-1, 18-2) 내의 액체의 량이 변화되지 않게 하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 간헐공급용 밸브.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 밸브체(15)가 상기 밸브시트(12)에 닿는 밸브부재(15a)와 이 밸브부재(15a)보다 직경이 큰 원판(15b)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 간헐공급용 밸브.
- 액체저류조(1)와 송액펌프(2) 및 액체토출용 슬릿다이(4)가 순차로 송액용 배관(5, 6, 7)에 의해 연결되도록 구성된 간헐도포장치에 있어서, 상기 송액펌프(2)와 상기 액체토출용 슬릿다이(4) 사이에 상기 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 기재된 간헐공급용 밸브(3)가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 간헐도포장치.
