Claims (9)
- UV반응성 잉크 20∼40중량%, 아크릴계 공중합체 20∼40중량%, 에틸렌비닐아세테이트 공중합체 4∼6중량%, 유기용제 25∼35중량% 및 증량제 0.5∼5중량%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선경화형 점착성 전사잉크.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 UV반응성 잉크와, 아크릴계 공중합체, 에틸렌비닐아세테이트 공중합체, 유기용제 및 증량제의 혼합물과의 중량비가 20:80∼50:50인 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선경화형 점착성 전사잉크.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 UV반응성 잉크는 안료 15∼25중량%, 폴리에틸렌왁스 3∼4중량%, 증량제 1.5∼2.0중량%, 경화제 12∼16중량%, 폴리에스테르 아크릴레이트 15∼25중량%, 아크릴계 모노머 10∼12중량%, 지방족 우레탄디아크릴레이트 25∼36중량% 및 트리메틸프로판 트리아크릴레이트 1.5∼2.0중량%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선경화형 점착성 전사잉크.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴계 공중합체는 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선경화형 점착성 전사잉크.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기용제는 톨루엔, 시클로헥산, 살리실산메틸, 아세트산부틸, 아세트산에틸, 아세트산아밀, 이소프로필알코올, 메틸이소부틸케톤, 메틸에틸케톤, 디부틸프탈레이트, 크실렌 및 벤젠으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선경화형 점착성 전사잉크.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 증량제는 산화알루미늄, 이산화실리카, 운모, 고령토, 활석, 산화칼슘, 황산바륨, 황산칼륨, 알루미나 및 실리카로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 2종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선경화형 점착성 전사잉크.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 안료는 시아늄불루, 톨루이딘레드 또는 카본블랙인 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선경화형 점착성 전사잉크.
- 제1항 내지 제2항 중 어느 한 항에 의해 제조된 자외선경화형 점착성 전사잉크를 20∼30μ의 폴레에틸렌 또는 폴리프로필렌 필름에 스크린인쇄한 후, 다시 그위에 20∼30μ의 실리콘이 코팅된 PET시이트를 적층한 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄시이트.
- 자동차 부품, 가전/전자제품, 및 유리제품의 표면을 엠보싱처리하는데 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄시이트.
