Claims (8)
- 카보네이트계 용매, 티오카보네이트계 용매 및 인산계 용매가 20∼75:5∼30:15∼50의 부피비로 혼합된 용매에 금속화합물 또는 금속할로겐 화합물의 무기첨가제가 첨가된 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지용 전해액.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 무기첨가제는 트리페닐비스무트 카보네이트, 트리페닐비스무트, 비스무트 서브나이트레이트(bismuth subnirate), 비스무트 서브카보네이트, 디메틸 피로카보네이트(pyrocarbonate), 디에틸 피로카보네이트 및 비스무트 플루오라이드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지용 전해액.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 무기첨가제의 첨가량은 0.3∼5 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지용 전해액.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 전해액이 리튬 헥사플루오로포스페이트, 리튬 테트라플루오로보레이트, 리튬 퍼클로레이트, 리튬 트리플루오로메탄설포네이트 및 이들중 둘 이상의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 지지(supporting) 전해염을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지용 전해액.
- 제1항에 따른 전해액;수지 바인더(resin binder), 음극 활물질로서 리튬 이온을 흡장/방출할 수 있는 흑연 탄소 물질(graphitic carbonaceous material)로 구성된 음극 극판; 및리튬 이온을 흡장/방출할 수 있는 리튬 복합 산화물로 구성된 양극 극판으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 음극 활물질은 dOO2 층간거리(interplanar distance)가 3.35∼3.38 Å이고 X-선 회절에 의한 Lc(crystallite size)가 적어도 20㎚ 이상이고 700℃ 이상에서 발열 피크를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 음극 활물질은 메조페이스(mesophase) 구형 입자로부터 탄화단계(carbonizing step) 및 흑연화 단계(graphitizing step)를 거쳐 제조된 카본 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 음극 활물질은 섬유형 메조페이스 핏치(mesophase pitch fiber)로부터 탄화 단계 및 흑연화 단계를 거쳐 제조된 섬유형 흑연(graphite fiber)인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.
