Claims (4)
- 입자 크기가 1-5㎛인 하나 이상의 일차 입자가 모여 입자 크기가 10-30㎛인 이차 입자를 형성하는 하기 화학식 1 내지 4의 화합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 양극 활물질로서, 상기 양극 활물질은 표면에 금속 산화물이 코팅된 리튬 이차 전지용 양극 활물질.[화학식 1]LiCoA2[화학식 2]LiCoO2-xBx[화학식 3]LiCo1-xMxA2[화학식 4]LiCo1-xMxO2-yBy(상기 화학식 1 내지 4에서, A는 O, S, F 및 P로 이루어진 군에서 선택되며, B는 s, F 및 P로 이루어진 군에서 선택되며, M은 Al, Mg, Cr 및 Mn으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 전이 금속; Sr; 또는 La 및 Ce으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 란타나이드 금속이고, 0 〈 x 〈 1이며, 0 〈 y 〈 1이다)
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 금속 산화물은 Mg, Al, Co, K, Na, Ca, Si, Ti 및 V으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 금속의 산화물인 리튬 이차 전지용 양극 활물질.
- 입자 크기가 1-5㎛인 하나 이상의 일차 입자가 모여 입자 크기가 10-30㎛인 이차 입자를 형성하는 화학식 1 내지 4의 화합물 중에서 선택되는 화합물의 분말을 제조하고;상기 분말을 금속 알콕사이드 용액 또는 금속 수용액으로 코팅하고;상기 금속 알콕사이드 용액 또는 금속 수용액이 코팅된 분말을 열처리하는 공정을 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지용 양극 활물질의 제조 방법.[화학식 1]LiCoA2[화학식 2]LiCoO2-xBx[화학식 3]LiCo1-xMxA2[화학식 4]LiCo1-xMxO2-yBy(상기 화학식 1 내지 4에서, A는 O, S, F 및 P로 이루어진 군에서 선택되며, B는 s, F 및 P로 이루어진 군에서 선택되며, M은 Al, Mg, Cr 및 Mn으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 전이 금속; Sr; 또는 La 및 Ce으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 란타나이드 금속이고, 0 〈 x 〈 1이며, 0 〈 y 〈 1이다)
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 열처리 공정은 공기 또는 산소 분위기 하에서 500-800℃로 실시되는 리튬 이차 전지용 양극 활물질의 제조 방법.
