Claims (9)
- 볼이 전동하는 볼전주홈이 내주면에 형성된 볼나사너트에 있어서,상기 볼전주홈을 전조한 것을 특징으로 하는 볼나사너트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 볼전주홈의 표면이 전조에 의해서 버니싱 다듬질되는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼나사너트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 볼나사너트가 일본공업규격(JIS) SUS-27 상당의 스테인레스강으로 이루어지고, 전조에 의한 가공경화 후의 상기 볼전주홈의 표면의 경도가, 록웰경도의 C스케일로 40 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 볼나사너트.
- 외주면에 나선형상의 볼전주홈을 갖는 볼나사축과, 상기 볼전주홈에 대응하는 나선형상의 볼전주홈을 포함하는 무한 순환로가 마련되고 안내 레일의 길이방향에서 이동가능하게 지지된 슬라이더와, 상기 무한 순환로내에 배열수용되어 상기 슬라이더의 작동에 따라 전동하는 복수의 볼을 구비하여, 상기 볼나사축을 회전구동함으로서 상기 슬라이더를 왕복운동시키는 직선안내장치에 있어서,상기 슬라이더의 볼전주홈을 전조한 것을 특징으로 하는 직선안내장치.
- 외주면에 나선형상의 볼전주홈을 갖고 스티어링 휠에 연결된 볼나사축과, 상기 볼전주홈에 대응하는 나선형상의 볼전주홈을 포함하는 무한 순환로가 마련되고 외주면에 조타 톱니바퀴를 갖는 볼나사너트과, 상기 무한 순환로내에 배열수용되어 상기 볼전주홈 사이에서 하중을 받으면서 전동하는 다수의 볼을 구비한 스티어링용 볼나사에 있어서,상기 볼나사너트의 볼전주홈을 전조한 것을 특징으로 하는 스티어링용 볼나사.
- 볼나사너트에 볼이 전동하는 나선형상의 볼전주홈을 형성하는 볼나사너트의 제조방법에 있어서,소재에 하부구멍을 형성하는 하부구멍 형성공정과, 상기 하부구멍에 소성 가공 공구를 삽입하면서, 상기 소재와 상기 소성 가공 공구를 상대적으로 회전시켜 상기 볼전주홈을 전조 하는 전조공정을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼나사너트의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 하부구멍의 내주면에 나선형상의 홈을 절삭하는 절삭공정을 구비하고, 상기 전조공정에서, 이 나선형상의 홈에 상기 소성 가공 공구를 나사 결합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼나사너트의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 절삭공정에서 형성되는 홈은, 그 단면형상이 약 V자형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 볼나사너트의 제조방법.
- 제6항 내지 제8항의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 볼전주홈의 표면을 전조에 의해서 버니싱 다듬질하는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼나사너트의 제조방법
