Claims (6)
- 주요성분으로 티탄산 납을 포함하고, 여기서 상기 주요성분에는 산화티탄 결정상이 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전세라믹.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 산화티탄 결정상의 평균 그레인의 크기는 4~28㎛임을 특징으로 하는 압전세라믹.
- 티탄산 납을 주 성분으로 하는 압전 자기로 형성된 압축 성형체를 1230~1245℃에서 소성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전세라믹 제조방법.
- 산화납 및 산화티탄을 포함하는 압전세라믹 재료를 혼합하여 혼합물을 얻는 단계;상기 혼합물을 소성하여 하소 생성물을 얻는 단계;상기 하소 생성물을 분쇄하고, 상기 분쇄된 하소 생성물에 산화티탄 분말 및 결합제를 첨가하여 결합제 함유 혼합물을 제작하는 단계;상기 결합제 함유 혼합물을 성형하여 압축 성형물을 제작하는 단계; 및상기 압축 성형물을 소성하는 단계,를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전세라믹 제조방법.
- 절연 기판, 압전세라믹 소자, 리드 단자, 및 상기 압전세라믹 소자를 덮기 위한 외장수지를 포함하는 압전 발진기로서,상기 절연 기판은 그 위에 패턴 전극을 갖고;상기 압전세라믹 소자는 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항의 압전세라믹 및 상기 압전세라믹의 두 주면 상에 형성되고, 상기 패턴 전극에 전기적으로 접속된 전극을 포함하고;상기 리드 단자는 상기 패턴 전극에 전기적으로 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 발진기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 압전세라믹 소자, 상기 압전세라믹 소자를 끼고 있는 상부 및 하부 기판, 및 외부 전극을 포함하는 압전 발진기에 있어서,상기 압전세라믹 소자는 압전세라믹 및 상기 압전세라믹의 두 주요 표면에 형성된 내부 전극을 포함하고;상기 외부 전극은 내부 전극에 전기적으로 접속되고, 상기 압전세라믹 소자의 측면 및 상기 상부 및 하부 기판의 측면에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 발진기.
