Claims (10)
- 일반식 ABO3(A는 Ba, Ca, Sr 및 Mg 중의 적어도 1종의 원소이고, B는 Ti 및 Zr 중의 적어도 1종의 원소이다)로 표현되는 조성을 갖는, 유전체 세라믹용 원료 분말을 제조하는 방법으로,상기 A원소의 탄산염 분말에 유기 고분자 화합물을 흡착시키고, 이에 따라 유기 고분자 흡착 탄산염 분말을 얻는 공정과,상기 유기 고분자 화합물 흡착 탄산염 분말과 상기 B원소의 산화물 분말을 혼합하고, 이에 따라 혼합 분말을 얻는 공정과,상기 혼합 분말을 하소하는 공정을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 세라믹용 원료 분말의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 A원소의 탄산염 분말에 유기 고분자 화합물을 흡착시키는 공정은, 상기 A원소의 탄산염 분말이 상기 유기 고분자 화합물을 포함하는 용액 중에 분산된 슬러리를 얻는 공정과, 상기 슬러리에서 상기 용액에 포함되는 용매를 제거하고, 이에 따라 상기 유기 고분자 화합물이 표면에 흡착된 상기 유기 고분자 흡착 탄산염 분말을 얻는 공정을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 세라믹용 원료 분말의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기 고분자 화합물의 분자량은 1000∼100000의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 세라믹용 원료 분말의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄산염 분말은 비표면적이 10㎡/g이상인 BaCO3의 분말인 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 세라믹용 원료 분말의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기 고분자 화합물의 상기 탄산염 분말에 대한 흡착량은 0.1∼5.0중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 세라믹용 원료 분말의 제조 방법.
- A 원소(다만, A는 Ba, Ca, Sr 및 Mg 중의 적어도 1종의 원소)의 탄산염 분말에 유기 고분자 화합물을 흡착시키고, 이에 따라 유기 고분자 흡착 탄산염 분말을 얻는 공정과,상기 유기 고분자 화합물 흡착 탄산염 분말과 B 원소(다만, B는 Ti 및 Zr 중의 적어도 1종의 원소)의 산화물 분말을 혼합하고, 이에 따라 혼합 분말을 얻는 공정과,상기 혼합 분말을 하소하여, 일반식 ABO3로 표현되는 조성을 갖는 유전체 세라믹용 원료 분말을 얻는 공정과,상기 유전체 세라믹용 원료 분말에, 바인더 및 용제를 첨가하고, 세라믹 슬러리를 조제하는 공정과,상기 세라믹 슬러리를 성형하여 미소성의 유전체 세라믹 성형체를 제작하는 공정과,상기 미소성의 유전체 세라믹 성형체를 소성하는 공정을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 세라믹의 제조 방법.
- A 원소(다만, A는 Ba, Ca, Sr 및 Mg 중의 적어도 1종의 원소)의 탄산염 분말에 유기 고분자 화합물을 흡착시키고, 이에 따라 유기 고분자 흡착 탄산염 분말을 얻는 공정과,상기 유기 고분자 화합물 흡착 탄산염 분말과 B 원소(다만, B는 Ti 및 Zr 중의 적어도 1종의 원소)의 산화물 분말을 혼합하고, 이에 따라 혼합 분말을 얻는 공정과,상기 혼합 분말을 하소하여, 일반식 ABO3로 표현되는 조성을 갖는 유전체 세라믹용 원료 분말공정을 얻는 공정과,상기 유전체 세라믹용 원료 분말에, 바인더 및 용제를 첨가하고, 세라믹 슬러리를 조제하는 공정과,상기 세라믹 슬러리를 성형하여 얻어진 복수개의 미소성 세라믹층, 및 특정의 계면을 따라 형성된 내부 전극을 포함하는 미소성 세라믹 적층체를 제작하는 공정과,상기 미소성 세라믹 적층체를 소성하는 공정을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 세라믹 커패시터의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 기재된 제조 방법에 의해 얻어진 유전체 세라믹용 원료 분말을 성형하고, 아울러 소성함으로써 얻어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 유전체 세라믹.
- 복수개의 적층된 유전체 세라믹층 및 상기 유전체 세라믹층간의 특정의 계면을 따라 형성된 내부 전극을 포함하는, 적층체와,상기 내부 전극의 특정의 것에 전기적으로 접속되도록 상기 적층체의 외측 표면 상에 형성되는 외부 전극을 구비하고,상기 유전체 세라믹층은 제8항에 기재된 유전체 세라믹으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 세라믹 커패시터.
- Ba, Ca, Sr 및 Mg 중의 적어도 1종의 탄산염 분말로,비표면적 10㎡/g 이상이고, 그 표면에는 분자량 1000∼100000의 유기 고분자 화합물이 흡착되어 있으며, 상기유기 고분자 화합물의 상기 탄산염 분말에 대한 흡착량이 0.1∼5.0중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄산염 분말.
