Abstract
Description
Claims (19)
- 분산액, 현탁액 또는 에멀젼을 난류(turbulent) 또는 층류(laminar) 버너 속으로 도입하고, 이러한 분산액, 현탁액 또는 에멀젼을 설정된 조건하에 처리하고, 생성된 반응 혼합물을 하부스트림(downstream)의 유동 통과 튜브 속으로 도입하고, 여기서 분말을 추가로 처리하고, 분말을 후속적으로 임의로 세척기, 분리기 또는 여과기로 공급하고, 여기서 임의로 추가로 처리한 다음 후속적으로 적합한 장치를 사용하여 추가로 운반시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 미분된 불균질 물질의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분산액, 현탁액 또는 에멀젼이 고온 유동 반응기내에서 입자의 기체 함유 그룹으로서 존재함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 고온 유동 튜브가 튜브 속에서 일어나는 발열 연소 반응에 의해 가열됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 고온 유동 튜브가 비연소성 고온 가스를 공급함으로써 가열됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 고온 유동 반응기가 반응 공간과 인접한 벽을 가열시킴으로써 간접적으로 가열됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 고온 유동 튜브가 전기적 플라즈마 및/또는 유도성 플라즈마에 의해 가열됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고에너지 레이저 광선 비임 및/또는 초단파 에너지를 고온 유동 반응기에 추가로 공급함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 분산액, 현탁액 또는 에멀젼 이외에 비연소성 반응 가스 또는 증기가 고온 유동 반응기에 공급되고, 반응 생성물이 분산액 또는 현탁액 입자의 표면에 고분산 나노구조화된 고체로 첨가됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 반응 생성물이 분산액 또는 현탁액 입자상에 균질한 분자 층을 형성하여 분산액 또는 현탄액의 입자가 단일분자층 또는 다분자층으로 피복됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 비연소성 반응 가스 또는 증기가 금속 염화물 및/또는 유기금속 화합물 뿐만 아니라 이러한 화합물들의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응 공간의 온도가 1000℃를 초과함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 현탁액이 반응 공간에서 축 방향으로 병류 또는 역류로 공급되거나 방사상으로 공급됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분산액 또는 현탁액이 반응 공간에 방사상으로 공급됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 13항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 방법에 의해 수득가능한 미분된 물질.
- 촉매로서 제14항에 따르는 미분된 물질의 용도.
- 산소 저장기, NOx저장기, 촉매 분해용 CnHm저장기 및 흡수제로서의, 제14항에 따르는 미분된 물질의 용도.
- 연성 세라믹 부품을 제조하기 위한, 제14항에 따르는 미분된 물질의 용도.
- 양자역학적 활성을 갖는 부품, 특히 센서 및 광전 활성 방출기를 제조하기 위한, 제14항에 따르는 미분된 물질의 용도.
- 유리 및 유리 세라믹을 제조하기 위한, 제14항에 따르는 미분된 물질의 용도.
