Claims (14)
- 대향 배치되어 있는 2장의 외곽 기판;
액정 화합물을 포함하고, 제 1 배향 상태와 제 2 배향 상태의 사이를 스위칭할 수 있는 능동 액정층을 가지는 능동 액정 소자 필름;
편광자; 및
상기 외곽 기판과 능동 액정 소자 필름의 사이, 능동 액정 소자 필름과 편광자의 사이, 편광자와 외곽 기판의 사이 및 능동 액정 소자 필름의 측면에 존재하는 접착 필름을 포함하고,
상기 능동 액정 소자 필름 및 편광자는 상기 2장의 외곽 기판의 사이에서 상기 접착 필름에 의해 캡슐화되어 있는 광학 디바이스. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 접착 필름은, 열가소성 폴리우레탄 필름인 광학 디바이스.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 능동 액정층의 제 1 배향 상태의 평균 광축과 편광자의 광흡수축이 이루는 각도가 80도 내지 100도 또는 35도 내지 55도의 범위 내가 되도록 상기 능동 액정 소자 필름과 편광자가 배치되어 있는 광학 디바이스.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 능동 액정 소자 필름은 대향 배치되어 있는 2장의 기재 필름과 상기 2장의 기재 필름의 사이에 존재하는 능동 액정층을 포함하는 광학 디바이스.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 능동 액정 소자 필름은, 2장의 기재 필름의 사이에서 상기 2장의 기재 필름의 간격을 유지하는 스페이서를 추가로 포함하는 광학 디바이스.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 기재 필름은, 열팽창 계수가 100 ppm/K 이하인 광학 디바이스.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 기재 필름의 능동 액정층을 향하는 면상에 존재하는 배향막을 추가로 포함하는 광학 디바이스.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 2장의 기재 필름들의 배향막의 배향 방향이 이루는 각도는 -10도 내지 10도의 범위 내, 80도 내지 90도의 범위 내 또는 160도 내지 200도의 범위 내인 광학 디바이스.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 2장의 기재 필름 중 편광자에 가까운 기재 필름상에 형성된 배향막의 배향 방향과 편광자의 광 흡수축이 이루는 각도가 80도 내지 100도의 범위 내인 광학 디바이스.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 능동 액정 소자 필름은 접힌 필름 형태인 광학 디바이스.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 접착 필름은 정면 위상차가 100 nm 이하인 광학 디바이스.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 접착 필름은 두께 방향 위상차의 절대값이 200 nm 이하인 광학 디바이스.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 접착 필름은 영률이 0.1 내지 100 MPa의 범위 내에 있는 광학 디바이스.
- 하나 이상의 개구부가 형성되어 있는 차체; 및 상기 개구부에 장착된 제 1 항의 광학 디바이스를 포함하는 자동차.
