Claims (6)
- 유리로 이루어진 한쪽 창판;
폴리카보네이트로 이루어지고, 상기 한쪽 창판보다 세로 폭과 가로 폭이 모두 작으며, 5㎜∼30㎜의 두께로 형성된 다른 한쪽 창판;
상기 한쪽 창판 및 상기 다른 한쪽 창판의 각 둘레를 따라 연재하도록 배치되고, 상기 한쪽 창판 및 상기 다른 한쪽 창판 사이의 공기층측의 측벽에 구멍을 갖는 중공 고리상의 스페이서;
상기 한쪽 창판 및 상기 다른 한쪽 창판의 각 둘레를 따라 연재함과 함께, 상기 한쪽 창판과 상기 스페이서 사이 및 상기 다른 한쪽 창판과 상기 스페이서 사이에 배치된, 두께가 0.5㎜ 이상이면서 폭이 6㎜ 이상인 탄성체로 이루어진 1차 실링재; 및
상기 다른 한쪽 창판의 외면측 가장자리에 제2 탄성체를 개재하여 서로 겹치는 고리상의 제1 틀부와, 상기 제1 틀부의 외주단으로부터 상기 한쪽 창판과 직교하는 방향으로 연재하고, 상기 한쪽 창판에 제1 탄성체를 개재하여 서로 겹치는 제2 틀부를 구비하는 제1 틀재를 구비하고,
상기 한쪽 창판, 상기 다른 한쪽 창판, 상기 스페이서, 상기 1차 실링재 및 상기 제1 틀재는 일체화되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 복층창 구조. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 스페이서 안에 건조재가 충전되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 복층창 구조. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 1차 실링재가 부틸 고무로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복층창 구조. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 한쪽 창판 및 상기 다른 한쪽 창판의 각 둘레에 밀착하여 연재함과 함께, 상기 스페이서의 둘레를 둘러싸도록 밀착되는 탄성체로 이루어진 2차 실링재를 추가로 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 복층창 구조. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 다른 한쪽 창판의 상기 공기층측의 둘레부에 흑색의 도막이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 복층창 구조. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
기온이 18℃∼25℃인 조건하에서, 상기 다른 한쪽 창판의 중앙이, 당해 다른 한쪽 창판의 주변부로부터 상기 한쪽 창판의 반대측을 향해 0.1㎜∼3.0㎜ 돌출되도록 휘어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 복층창 구조.
