상기 지지층 중에, 수증기 투과막의 두께 방향의 내경의 길이가 수증기 투과막의 두께의 30 % 이상인 공극 (c)를 갖고,
상기 공극 (c)가 핑거 보이드(finger void) 구조인 수증기 투과막. - 제1항에 있어서, 공기 누설량이 0.1 L/분 이하인 수증기 투과막.
- 제1항에 기재된 수증기 투과막이 중공상이 된 중공사막.
- 제3항에 기재된 중공사막과 직선 섬유인 보강사가 커버링사에 의해서 커버링되어 이루어지는 중공사막 유닛.
- 제3항에 기재된 중공사막 또는 제4항에 기재된 중공사막 유닛을 복수 포함하는 중공사막 모듈.
- 제5항에 기재된 중공사막 모듈을 포함하는 가습 장치.
