Claims (5)
- 와이어를 비트는 슬리브를 구동하는 비틀림 모터를 갖는 철근 결속기에 있어서,상기 비틀림 모터의 로터의 위치를 검출하는 센서와,상기 비틀림 모터를 제어하는 제어부를 구비하고,상기 센서의 검출 신호에 의해 상기 비틀림 모터의 회전수와 회전 위치의 어느 한쪽, 또는 양쪽이 계측되고,계측 결과로부터 상기 슬리브의 위치가 인식되고,상기 제어부는, 상기 센서의 검출 결과를 기초로 하여, 인버터에 구동 신호를 출력하고, 상기 비틀림 모터의 스테이터에 구동 전류를 흘려 로터의 회전을 제어하는, 철근 결속기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비틀림 모터의 구동 전류를 제한하는 제한 수단을 구비하고, 상기 제한 수단은 상기 전류의 제한을 적어도 2단계 이상의 전류값으로 제어하는, 철근 결속기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 센서를 3개 이상 갖고, 상기 비틀림 모터는 브러시리스 모터로 이루어지는, 철근 결속기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 센서는 스테이터의 치형부끼리의 중간으로부터 전기각을 30°±θ°진각하는 위치에 배치되고,상기 비틀림 모터의 회전수를 제어하는 상기 제어부는 상기 센서에 의한 로터의 위치의 검출 결과를 기초로 하여 상기 비틀림 모터를 구동하는 구동 신호를 제어하고, 상기 제어부는 상기 로터의 정역 회전의 어느 회전에 있어서도 상기 로터의 위치와 센서의 검출 신호와의 관계가 동등해지도록 상기 센서의 검출 신호를 선택하는, 철근 결속기.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 비틀림 모터의 구동 전류를 제한하는 제한 수단을 구비하고,상기 제한 수단은 상기 전류의 제한을 적어도 2단계 이상의 전류값으로 제어하는, 철근 결속기.
